Do NOT buy a used car from this dealership. I have been told by Leith service managers at other locations that all Leith dealerships do a 180 point inspection on all used cars before putting th I have been told by Leith service managers at other locations that all Leith dealerships do a 180 point inspection on all used cars before putting them out for sale. Not Audi Cary. They sold me a 2017 Ford Explorer, and the salesman, Wael Elshamy, told me the car was in great condition and was very reliable. Three days and less than 200 miles later the car is not running and needs a $3,000 repair for a water pump that was failing when I bought the car, and of course, they will do nothing about that. I talked to a guy named Bobby Peppin, who claimed to be the general manager but isn't, and he said they do absolutely no inspection of used cars beyond making sure the lights and horn work, and that the tires aren't bald. He said they don't even check the oil. Of course, they don't tell you any of this. I asked what would happen if I drove the car off the lot and the engine seized because there was no oil in it and he said, "That's your problem." They are unbelievable shady when it comes to used cars. I will never deal with them again. More
