I bought a car that was making a noise I was told was a simple adjustment to fix that needed to be done at the Infiniti dealer since the car was under warranty. When I took it in after purchasing, it turns simple adjustment to fix that needed to be done at the Infiniti dealer since the car was under warranty. When I took it in after purchasing, it turns out the “simple adjustment” was actually the car needing a brand new engine. I was furious and asked the Audi dealership to buy back the car, and they have refused saying that it was a miscommunication and they didn’t do anything wrong. And that it’s not a big deal other than being inconvenient since the car is under warranty. Under warranty or not, it is a “big deal” when you are told your car with only 29k miles on it needs a new engine when you had been told it just needed a belt adjustment! I would certainly not have bought the car if I had known. Leith will not be getting any future business from me or my family or friends. More

Johnnie was fantastic. Easy to talk with, knows his product, and was very supportive in helping us determine which options would better suit our needs. He stayed late well after the dealership closed, to make sure our vehicle was detailed, and also walked us through the functions of the car one last time prior to us driving away. Good attention to detail and ensuring the customer drove away happy. The only issue was the amount of time spent at the dealership waiting to meet with finance to finalize the purchase of the vehicle. Spent over 4 hours waiting after the initial paperwork was filled. Had we not lived an hour away we would have left and scheduled a time to drive back to finalize the paperwork. We had little understanding of how many customers were ahead of us and how long, approximately, each customer takes to sign the final paperwork. Johnnie provided updates as best he could and tried to make the wait not so painful. This could have been eased if there was a suitable software program used by the dealership. Something that would automate the paperwork, financing, and communication amongst the staff on the purchasing customer's status. At the beginning of the purchasing process, the customer(s) should be provided their own pen(s) with a binder/folder of all the paperwork that needs to be signed or do it digitally. Then have a status board showing the number of customers waiting to meet with finance with an approximate wait time. Allowing the customer options of whether to wait or grab a bite to eat and then come back. Employees and staff were great, but the amount of time to finalize the purchasing needs to be addressed. He stayed late on Friday evening and made sure we could “do the deal” so we weren’t wasting our time as we had a 2 1/2 hour drive to the dea arrival. He had never dealt with us before and jumped on our phone call inquiring about an Audi. I figured we were dealing with a new salesman and was surprised to find out he was as anxious to speak with someone calling in as he would be with a repeat customer. So hats off to Johnnie and the rest of the team. More

I would not go back there again without an appointment and I would recommend to everyone that they expect a slow turn around. Literally we were 5 min from walking out the door. We waited 4 hrs to see Jim… 4 hours. If we did not live so far away, I would have left after one hour. They should have given us the option to hold the car and come back the next day… at least given us a choice. Hence the 3 stars. I don’t blame Johnnie- he was working and detailing the car since the shop was closed. Jim was moving people in and out quickly. The three men looking like managers chatted the majority of time?Seriously I thought about telling them they owed us a free oil change or something for the delay and poor communication. More
