From offering and bringing us snacks and drinks, to opening doors, to having a relaxed demeanor, the staff at Audi of Cary was top notch. My wife and I were interested in buying the new 2015 S3, so we set up an appointment, and Jock Washington took care of us the whole way through. My wife and I both test dove the car and the entire time Jock was very professional and exuded a relaxed demeanor, giving us tips and information about the car while tailoring his comments to our very different driving styles. While at the dealership, all of the employees displayed a high standard of professionalism, greeting my wife and I, even when they were engaged in conversation with each other, they made a point to say "good afternoon". That's the difference between good and excellent service. We explained to Jock that we were going to test drive a few other brands before we made up our mind, and again he did an excellent job of creating a stress-free environment and experience. Even though we were going to other dealerships, he didn't try and shoe-horn his opinions or editorialize. We returned in the afternoon and bought it. As a very nice touch, Jock had the car brought into the center of the showroom floor after it was detailed while we were finishing up the paperwork in the back room. Hanging from the rearview mirror was a placard with mine and my wife's name on it. While the car was in the showroom, most of the salesmen came up to my wife and I to congratulate us on our purchase as well as to let us know how awesome of a car we had picked up. They did it in a very friendly way, and it was a welcome addition to the experience. If you're in the market for a luxury vehicle, make a point to stop by Audi of Cary. More

To make it even better, we were extremely well taken care of by the team at Audi. Specifically, Jock from sales. As well as Gene, who took care of the lease paperwork. Both gentlemen were highly professional and ensured that we knew everything that we were looking at before signing any of the paperwork. Not to mention that they stayed an hour after closing just to take care of us and send us out in our new car. They were extremely flexible every step of the way and were very courteous through every part of the process without fail. We went with the 2015 A3 and traded in our car as well...the paperwork could not have been easier, and everything was explained very clearly. Very happy with this dealership and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new car. More

However, Len Talarico and the Audi Team surpassed my expectations on all fronts. There was an appreciation of my car knowledge and sensitivity to my needs, which made the car buying experience efficient and memorable for all of the right reasons. Audi of Cary had a Q5 with a certain color and equipment combination not available at my local dealer, so I negotiated a lease deal over the telephone with the salesperson, Mladen Cvijanovic (MC). MC was fr combination not available at my local dealer, so I negotiated a lease deal over the telephone with the salesperson, Mladen Cvijanovic (MC). MC was friendly, affable and responsive both on the telephone and when we met in person - really good to deal with. He consulted his manager through each iteration of the negotiation. When it seemed that we could not get to the numbers I wanted, MC persisted and was able to offer a lease of 36 instead of 39 months, very close to the monthly payment I wanted. I asked about the residual amount and he confirmed that it was the same as before, namely, with the 39 month period. I looked at the numbers and felt it was close enough and decided to take it. However, it required premium finance, so I filled out an online application to ensure that I qualified and that everything was in order. The finance guy, Gene Larsen, contacted me to confirm that my application looked acceptable, but sounded confused when I tried to confirm that I specifically qualified for the premium rate - the deal clincher. With hindsight, I should have paused at this point to make sure that everyone was on the same page. After reserving the car with a credit card hold, I drove the 100 miles to Audi Cary to complete the deal. After signing multiple pages of documentation, we finally got to the lease details where, lo and behold, the residual amount was actually higher than previously communicated. The salesperson, MC, readily admitted that he had mistakenly confirmed the residual as I understood it and apologized, repeatedly. However, it was something that could not be altered as per the new term of 36 months. Mr. Larsen couldn't understand why I had a problem with a higher than agreed upon residual amount. This is the finance guy, mind you. The GM, Wes Smith was called in to try and resolve the situation, but from the time he stepped into the room he was terse and unfriendly with tone that indicated he had better things to do with his time. Despite my having driven 100 miles after reaching an agreement that he was part of, Mr. Smith felt strongly that the discount included in the deal meant he had nothing left to offer. He presumed to know that my local dealers would not deal with me and that is why I had driven all the way out there! It was effectively take it or leave it. No acknowledgement or support for the mistake his salesperson had made and admitted to. No acknowledgement of the way it looked from my side - that Audi of Cary was not living up to the agreement we had reached. No suggestion or question of how we could salvage the deal. We had now seen the car, driven it and it was right there with a residual delta of less than $1000. Difficult to walk away? At that point I would have taken a free service or even eaten the entire difference, if Mr. Smith had used honey instead of acid. However, his brusque, dismissive attitude made it easy. Footnote: on the way back home, we stopped at a restaurant where our order was given to another diner in error, causing them have restart ours and deliver our food late. The manager brought our food over personally and provided the entire meal free, with apologies. Lessons? More
The employees at Audi Cary are knowledgeable and friendly. They provided great customer service when I bought my Audi TT. I have been searching for a clean, used Q5 for about a year. This week I got serious about my search and dropped into Audi Cary where I had been before back in the summer. This time I met with Len Talar year. This week I got serious about my search and dropped into Audi Cary where I had been before back in the summer. This time I met with Len Talarico, a very nice NY guy, another transplant like me! That made me feel very comfortable. He quickly understood that, as a woman, I know a lot about cars and love them! So we talked about all kinds of things, including good pizza! I had driven the Q5 on Saturday late afternoon, but needed a day to think about it. I texted Len on Sunday and said it was a go. Tonight, (Monday) I signed all papers after work and it was done! So easy and a really positive experience! I highly recommend Leith Audi and Len! If you are a single woman, go see Len, he will treat you really well, you will not feel taken advantage of, and you can be sure he will give you a fair deal! Ann More
It was a nice weekend in early September 2013 and my wife and I stopped by the Audi Cary location to look at Q5s. As I have worked with MC in the past I let him know I would be stopping by and as usual he m and I stopped by the Audi Cary location to look at Q5s. As I have worked with MC in the past I let him know I would be stopping by and as usual he meet us upon arrival. The benefit of working with MC is that he works with his clients on a level that combines friendliness and professionalism. Earlier in the year I had purchased an Audi A5 for my daughter from MC and the experience is what brought us back to see MC. I was interested in looking at the new Q5 Clean Diesel but while looking at new vehicles, MC pointed out a pre-owned 2012 Q5 with less than 6k miles on the vehicle. It must have been my lucky day as it was the color my wife likes with the Prestige package. To top it off it had just been delivered the evening before. The vehicle had yet to go through the CPO process and MC worked with me to ensure that if I was to purchase the vehicle that it would be put through the CPO process offering me the very last detail my wife required. Given the mileage and options I knew this vehicle would not stay on the lot very long. We had to drive back home and return with our trade at which time we closed the deal. As with my previous experience this was a pain free event. Total time in the dealer after returning with the trade was less than 1.5 hours. The Q5 was not available for delivery until undergoing the CPO inspection. The folks at Audi Cary allowed me to drive my trade back home (1 hour) and MC then went the extra step to deliver my wife's new Q5 to our garage. Once again we were very pleased with our buying experience. I can't say that MC exceeded my expectations because he has set the bar at excellence and delivers every time I deal with him. I will return to Audi Cary for my next Audi purchase and I do hope that I have the pleasure of working with MC again. More
