Relatively soon we were introduced to Len - and when we left, I drove off in a new Q5! He did a great job of explaining the differences in the models and was so very patient. Cary Audi -- they care and are the best! When I noticed that my 2009 A4 was low on oil (bar on electronic graph did not show), I called Wayne Fields, my service advisor, about the issue. He When I noticed that my 2009 A4 was low on oil (bar on electronic graph did not show), I called Wayne Fields, my service advisor, about the issue. He recommended that I bring the car in, and they would top it up with oil (at no charge). Two days later, I did that, and they not only topped the oil, but the other fluids as well. That extra step is just one example of how caring they are about their customers. That is one reason why we have been Audi owners for 29 years. More

Jim Fryling was our salesman and he took the time to show us any car we wanted to see and drive. His knowledge about each of the Audi's was amazing. We never felt pressured at any time. He took his time in assisting us to choose the right car. The 2016 A6 I choose had to be ordered and was delivered within a few days. Jim kept me updated on the estimated delivery date and the car was just as he had promised. I have dealt with other Leith dealerships and have never received this quality of customer service that I had at Leith Audi with Jim. More

I really love my Audi A4 and Wayne the Service Advisor and Ian the Technician took great care of me and my car when I took it in for service. They even reminded me that it was time for my yearly State Inspection which they handled for me while the car was there for service.
