We had just come back from Toyota of Raleigh and we were extremely underwhelmed with the person we worked with. Johnnie was knowledgeable, professional, funny, and made us feel at ease. I worked in sales (AT&T) for years and always admire a salesman that knows his craft. We also worked with Alex the finance manager who was very professional and polite. The whole experience at Audi Cary was an unexpectedly pleasant one as neither my wife or I were looking forward to a day of haggling at multiple dealers. Because of the great service we received we aborted plans to "shop" the other 3 places we planned to visit. After running out of options in my home state of New Jersey, I called Len Talarico at Audi Cary. Within a day of calling we had agreed on a price for the car. He clearly had extensive knowledge of the car, which was refreshing as I had a specific dream car in mind. He answered all my questions, and was in contact with me at all times.
