Superior service and purchasing process I haven't purchase a new car in 12 years. I had three brands I was considering but quickly narrowed it down to Audi-- then had two consider which mode I haven't purchase a new car in 12 years. I had three brands I was considering but quickly narrowed it down to Audi-- then had two consider which model-- a convertible, a SUV, or a sedan. After all was said and done, the sedan won out. Len was patient and extremely knowledgeable about each model; he did not push me to one over the other, and he was extremely helpful in trying to find the right car for me. I cannot use enough superlatives to describe what an easy process this purchase was! From test drives, to call backs, to car selections, to financing, to picking up my new vehicle - Len and Audi Cary staff were so extremely helpful and supportive. We found Johnathan to have an exceptional amount of information regarding every aspect of the Audi vehicle from the first driving demonstration, the process of negotiating a successful purchase, and providing knowledge both technical and practical after the sale. He was also very thorough in returning phone calls and follow up. Previously, I owned a BMW for 16 years, so making a change to a new Audi was significant, to say the least.
