Used Vehicle Purchase at Audi of Cary We are retired and were purchasing using our 401K. We needed to know the cost of the vehicle before determining how much to take out for the purchase We are retired and were purchasing using our 401K. We needed to know the cost of the vehicle before determining how much to take out for the purchase, which is complicated due to the income tax to be paid on that withdrawal. So we shopped on line and did a lot of leg work up front. We knew exactly what we were looking for and narrowed it to three dealerships. Purchasing a 2013 Ford Escape Titanium at an Audi dealership ended up being our best deal. The Ford dealerships wouldn't deal with us on the phone. Len Talarico worked with us on the phone and the price quoted was exactly what he said it would be. No bait and switch. We drove the vehicle, signed the paperwork, and they took a deposit to hold the sale until we could get our 401K funds. Len treated us respectfully and patiently; and I would recommend him to anyone going through the process of buying a car. We all know it can be taxing; but he made it very smooth. We would definitely deal with this dealership again, and look for Len!! P.S. Our Escape was cleaned and gas tank FILLED, which never happens at a dealership! More

We went to Audi of Cary to look at a used car they had on the lot. We walked in and immedietly met Jim. He took the time to listen to our "story". More importantly he took a lot of time with us answering all of our questions and helping us sort thru the choices with options. In the end we bought an Audi. We picked it up tonight. We were really impressed by how really easy and painless it was to purchase a car through Jim and Eric. Both were very professional, patient and thorough. We highly recommend team at Audi of Cary!!
