Experience Purchasing a 2009 Jaguar XK I highly recommend this dealership. I purchased a used Jaguar which of course isn't the usual fare for a new Audi dealership, but the staff, namely T I highly recommend this dealership. I purchased a used Jaguar which of course isn't the usual fare for a new Audi dealership, but the staff, namely Tim O'Meara, made it a very enjoyable experience despite my difficult situation. During the time I was dealing with Audi Cape Cod, I was bouncing around from state to state doing Army exercises. I am a Signal officer in the Army and bought this car because I was moving up to a new duty station in MA. Despite not being able to visit the dealership myself, a trusted friend of mine was allowed to test drive and fully inspect the Jaguar to verify the quality of the vehicle. Tim was very helpful in allowing my friend to do this and it was one of the deciding factors in my decision to buy the car. Additionally, I was allowed to pay for the car via wire so that it would be ready to drive off the lot upon my arrival. When I arrived, Audi Cape Cod registered, inspected, and apparently also polished and waxed it (at least by the look of it from the previous pictures). I am aware that the dealership did NOT have to do this, but their helpful actions allowed me to take the car away the day I arrived with nothing to worry about. In closing, my experience with Audi Cape Cod was superior to other dealerships and I would highly recommend them. More

The sale was completed, but there were several mistakes made 1. My initial request for literature was met with "it is all online". Not customer friendly. 2. When I arrived for my first appointment, the gent I was supposed to meet with was on day off. Why did he make the appointment?? 3. Because I ordered my Q7, Audi Cape Cod told me they could not provide me with a firm number for my trade-in. First time experience in my 71 years. 4. When I picked up the Q7, my wife and I had to wait over one hour for plates, registration and inspection. This should have been done before our arrival for vehicle pickup. Other than above, everything was identical to my other car purchasing experiences. (Subaru, Acura, Honda). More
