He is a tremendous asset to Audi, he is friendly, personable, professional, but most of all honest. He made our other bad experiences with Natick and Brookline Audi, seem like a nightmares. I would send any Audi owner to Cape Cod Audi for service, they keep to their time frames and do what they say. I'm so thankful for their service department. More

Service, ‘15 Q5 TDI Vehicle was purchased from another dealership three days before being towed to ACC for an engine oil leak. Purchasing dealer was of no help. Under the Vehicle was purchased from another dealership three days before being towed to ACC for an engine oil leak. Purchasing dealer was of no help. Under the impression vehicle was still under warranty, which it is. After inspection it was found the o-ring for the oil pan had been pinched from the previous service, (700) mi ago,all of which had been performed by a single, out of state Audi dealership, I was informed the cost of repair would not be covered under warranty on account of “outside interference”. On what? Evidently service work performed by another Audi dealer is considered that. I was told I should take it up with the previous dealer that performed the service. Gave the approval for the work to be performed. Called Audi customer service to see what help they might give. They immediately called ACC, while I was on hold, and talked with my advisor, Grace. Apperantly, Grace had taken it upon herself to call the previous dealer and arrange payment for the repair work. Nice. Vehicle was ready in two days with no cost to me. I am very satisfied with the help and work of the service department and will recomend them to everyone. More

I've had my Audi's serviced here since the dealership opened and they have been first class all the way on each and every visit. I have a CPO Audi and they have been proactive in servicing and replacing parts that are covered under the warranty as issues have been found. Very happy with the original sale of the vehicle with Allen Parsons and all the follow up service that has been performed. Highly recommend this dealership. More

My only complaint was that i couldn’t get anyone to pay attention to me when I walked in the dealership 18 months ago. I wanted the new A8 but it’s availability was hard to pin down and I had to keep asking about it until I could place an order. Once the order was placed, they did everything they could to get me the vehicle. Audi’s communications were frustrating and unreliable. More

I live in the Boston area and wasn't sure whether buying from a dealership so far away would work. Allen Parsons was incredibly professional and respectful and made the process really simple. There was no pressure, he had answers to all my questions, and he assured me that they'd be fair to me with my trade-in. So I drove down and, sure enough, the process went just as Allen described. The offer on my trade-in even came in exactly where my research said it should. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. More
