Nick spent a great deal of time to review the technology and was sure to remind us that the staff is always available to answer questions and review the features of the car. Laurie was also very knowledgeable with banks and interest rates and fully explained packages that were available with our purchase. Anthony was very personable and checked with us frequently to be sure we were having a positive car buying experience. We would definitely recommend Audi Cape Cod! More

Allen and Anthony even picked up my car from my place of work to get it inspected and brought it back. They also did something very special that meant a lot to me, which showed me that they truly care about their customers, five star service all the way! A Service Department with Integrity! From the technicians on the garage floor to the service advisors and the service manager, everyone in Cape Cod Audi’s Service Department goes out of t From the technicians on the garage floor to the service advisors and the service manager, everyone in Cape Cod Audi’s Service Department goes out of their way to deliver value to the customer. That focus on delivering value rather than maximizing profit has inspired my trust and loyalty. I own two Audis and have had both cars serviced at Cape Cod Audi. Every time I’ve been there I’ve received outstanding treatment. The Service Advisors are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. However, what really sets them apart is their consistency in finding solutions that minimize my repair costs. When I picked up my 11-year-old A4 after routine maintenance (oil, change, etc.), I mentioned that the heater fan was making a rumbling noise. Matthew (the service advisor) asked if I could wait while a technician took a quick look at the problem at no cost to me. After a cursory examination the technician didn’t find an obvious cause, but noted that the rumbling only happened at one particular fan speed. Matthew suggested that I simply stop using that particular fan speed and postpone the considerable expense of removing and replacing the fan assembly until the problem worsens. That was several months ago. The fan continues to work just fine at the other speeds. More recently I took the car in for repair because the right rear window would not open fully. I paid the standard minimum service charge. A service technician discovered a faulty part in the window control mechanism. I authorized Grace (the service advisor) to order a new part costing around $600. When the new part arrived, I took the car in again. During the installation process the technician discovered that he could repair the faulty part, making the new part unnecessary. Being an honest man, he brought the matter to Grace’s attention. She authorized the technician to repair the faulty part. She could have told him to install the unnecessary new part. She could have charged me for both the $600 part and the technician's installation labor. I WOULD HAVE BEEN NONE THE WISER. Going above and beyond the call of duty, Grace then went to Rob (the Service Manager) and asked him to waive the labor charges for the repair of the faulty part. Apparently she felt I should be compensated for the inconvenience of making two trips to the dealership. Not only did Rob approve Grace’s request, but he personally called me and told me the good news. In the end, the window was fixed and I was charged only the minimum service charge for the first visit. More

You just don’t get that level of service from anyone, and on a used car! He is honest and professional and a pleasure to work with. Laurie the business manager was great too. If you are buying an Audi, I highly recommend Jay and Caoe Cod Audi. More
