Generally very good, but they should be more transparent about issues with their used cars. While they shared the Carfax report with us after we requested the car’s service records they should have shared about issues with their used cars. This dealership had treated me very well until it became a situation where their cooperation would’ve been helpful. We dropped our car off after the Serpentine belt blew, which wasn’t warned prior in their a situation where their cooperation would’ve been helpful. As we got to the dealership my father and I talked to the staff and they said that the car would be done by Tuesday morning at the latest and there were no loaners available . Both of these statements were false because we were later told that there were loaner cars available and when I called on Tuesday I was told by another customer service member that the part hadn’t even come in or been ordered. I understand sometimes there are options where you can’t help someone to the full ability, but this wasn’t the case at all. To lie repeatedly to a customer who has given their loyalty since having their license just seems wrong. I was also expecting to have some money off of the bill because we were lied to several times from “a reputable” dealership , but again I was disappointed to learn that it wasn’t the case again. If you want to have loyal customers who treat you with respect maybe you should rethink this and just be honest and straight up instead of lying straight to someone’s face. No business other than a lawyer benefits from lying and this really put a mark on my feelings about this dealership and the way I feel treated. It’s not a new Audi but it is an Audi you shouldn’t treat someone different because of that. All those recalls I suppose More
