Brandon is a great salesperson, tailoring his persona to meet the comfortable expectations of his customers. Kevin in finance is personable and keyed in to the needs, or lack of needs, of the clients he is guiding through the purchase process. Finally, I have found Matt in service to be very knowledgeable and personal, attempting to provide whatever resources that can be mustered applicable to the circumstances. Pleasant I had a 45,000 mile check along with oil change. What was estimated as a 90 minute timeline was only 50 minutes that passed quickly in the waiting area with TV and reading materials. Every one of my visits to this dealership have been great experiences, with friendly and welcoming staff and extra amenities like Coffee, Munchies, etc. So glad I bought an Audi! Love my car. More
