Allen was on point from the moment we approached his desk. Very professional yet personable and made us feel that we had his undivided attention (even delaying him from his weekly dart game!) He was patient in our not being familiar with the Audi brand and allowed us to ask questions, take a ride and ponder the purchase. We were also very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and the brand. Danielle and and Sarah at the front desk were also very friendly and professional whether walking in or calling on the phone. Every employee who walked by us looked us in the eye and said hello and asked how we were doing. It felt more like dealing with a family than just a dealership. Anthony even introduced himself and spent a few minutes talking with us. The signing of our purchase papers was also a pleasant experience. Impressed with the electronic signing and Kevin was not only great in his explanations but also very engaging. Finally, we walked in to "look" and "drive" a vehicle to see if the Audi was something we would think about buying. The features of the car we looked at, the impeccable customer service we received from Allen and the pleasant experience all around made the purchase and easy choice.
