I’m not one to write reviews however this establishment has gone above and beyond any expectations I had, especially in regard to car dealerships. My salesman Rob was attentive and empathetic and even thou has gone above and beyond any expectations I had, especially in regard to car dealerships. My salesman Rob was attentive and empathetic and even though I was unable to take the car home on day one he and the business manager Kara jumped through hoops to ensure I would have all required paperwork done before I even arrived to ensure a smooth pick up. Afterward there was a hiccup within the first day of ownership where my vehicle developed an issue so I let Rob know and he immediately started a dialogue with the general and service managers Anthony and Rob. As you can imagine I was very frustrated and was upset I had to bring my car back for service so quickly but Anthony and Rob jumped into action to get the car in and fix the issue as quickly as possible, not to mention went the extra mile to make sure I felt good about the explanation and resolution. So despite the issues that arose I have to say this team is the epitome of customer service and genuinely wants to help their customers. Even though I live a couple hours away I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle, five stars all around. More
