Worst ever car buying experience, took over 1 week to purchase a vehicle, which was days of hassle and jumping through hoops, doing things the dealership themselves should have been handling. Supposedly, purchase a vehicle, which was days of hassle and jumping through hoops, doing things the dealership themselves should have been handling. Supposedly, my payoff was mailed to my bank on 11/16, when my car was sold to them on 11/09 which never arrived to the bank, and I was blamed by a Alex for likely “giving them the wrong address” when I copied Samantha the exact email from my bank with my payoff and the overnight mailing address. Maybe I would have had a better buying experience if I was purchasing a new car off their lot. We gave both staff members benefit of the doubt since they both have been there less than 3 months, but the ball was dropped one too many times. More

Ask for David! He is professional and marvelous to work with. I was guided every single step of the way. Usually you need to "brace yourself" before going in to a car dealership. Preparing mentally for the "pushy salesmen", the price negotiating back and fourth, and all that paperwork. Not here! Audi Cape Cod is the quintessential car dealership. They are straight forward and professional. The general manager Anthony Laham treats you like a best friend, Kara in finance was efficacious, and the best part was no back and fourth about price!
