I had a flat tire and Matt was great getting me in that day for service. I have always brought my Audis to hyannis for servicing ( ten plus years) and yes it is more expensive but I have always been treate day for service. I have serviced my Q7 here since I purchased new here in 2018. Matt and Olivia have handled all matters in a very timely, and professional manner. Purchased a vehicle from out of state. It took several weeks to receive the plates and be able to have the car shipped. Finally received the car. The car has many things that could/should It took several weeks to receive the plates and be able to have the car shipped. Finally received the car. The car has many things that could/should have been mentioned and/or addressed. I understand scratches and dings but the car has a pretty large dent in rear bumper the paint is even cracked. The roof has 2 large dents on the driver side by the frame rail. A big gouge/scrape on the front bumper. A crack in the windshield. The interior has the shifter very scratched/scraped, to the point where some of the letters don't light up anymore. The rear window shade is broken. Won't move up or down. It didn't even come with any floor mats. Only included one key, that is also completely worn scratched and scraped. I also received an email saying that the vehicle needs to be taken to the dealership because their is an open recall. The car was sitting waiting for 6-7 weeks after the deal was done waiting for the plates to arrive. Any recall had more then enough time to be taken care of. Didn't even include a full tank of gas. Car was near empty had to rush to the gas station hoping to not run out of fuel. This was a 55 thousand dollar vehicle from was supposedly a highly regarded Audi certified dealership. I did reach out, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I know sometimes things get overlooked, but there was no response. More
