Audi Burlington repaired a safety air bag sensor failure in my Q5 with speed, gave me a loaner, explained clearly what they did, maintaining COVID protocols and with a great service attitude. I brought in my Audi Q5 and Audi A4 Gary in the Service department assisted me on saving on my service policy on having a extend policy to cover a bummer to bumper coverage. The oil and fluids were covered department assisted me on saving on my service policy on having a extend policy to cover a bummer to bumper coverage. The oil and fluids were covered under the new policy. They checked the tire pressure and the electrical systems on the vehicle. Extremely impressive to have great service and peace of mind. The Audi A4 Sport Series needed a inspection that is complementary. They did a 10 point inspection as they did on the Audi Q5 . They found rusted a exhaust clamp . The service department replaced a filter and all of the oil and fluids. I have peace of mind having the experience of Audi Burlington working on both of my vehicles at the same time. I had a loner vehicle during the process. They have your best interest in mind leaving with confidence that both vehicles are in excellent condition. I was extremely impressed and satisfied. Upon singing the paperwork I decided to purchase a Audi red hooded sweat shirt. When you purchase a luxury vehicle it definitely pays off having the Dealership watching your back. I have had personal experience with Gary during a visit to Burlington in the past. He is professional, honest and sincere. I am having a tow hitch mounted on the Audi Q5 prestige next month. I have confidence in all the work they have performed on my two Audi’s in the past, present and future. When you purchase a Audi or have one from a different dealership I would recommend Audi Burlington as your first stop. You will be pleasantly pleased by their professionalism and sincerity.
