Called Gary early AM to fix a split tire on Q7 and needed car back asap for kids pickups. The team made sure tire came in the 10AM delivery and was ready to go by noon. Service used to be great. Just had my car serviced. Dropped on a Thursday and promised it would be done on Monday. On Monday I received no update and the dealership didn’t ret Just had my car serviced. Dropped on a Thursday and promised it would be done on Monday. On Monday I received no update and the dealership didn’t return my call. On Wednesday I was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer after I was transferred. Received a call on Thursday saying it would be ready on Friday. On Friday I didn’t receive a call to pickup, only an email. Service was terrible. More
