Last week was my first time visiting Herb Chambers Audi Burlington’s Service Department for a damaged front tire. (My “regular” Audi dealership, where I had been going for 10 yrs, couldn’t accommodate me f Burlington’s Service Department for a damaged front tire. Great experience at Audi Burlington—from the person who booked my appointment on the phone, to the person who checked me in (Mike Servideo, who had me laughing before I even got out of my car), to the Service Advisor Gary Carman who successfully dealt with a difficult 3rd party company for my tire and rim policy—all while juggling a lot of service customers who elected to wait for their car as I did. I felt truly valued as a customer. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Audi Burlington’s Service Department. I’ll definitely be back!! More

Audi Burlington is absolutely the best dealership and Derek Brodeur is one of Audi’s best service writers. I came in without an appointment for an issue with something hanging from under my Audi A4. Beca Derek Brodeur is one of Audi’s best service writers. I came in without an appointment for an issue with something hanging from under my Audi A4. Because he felt this could have been a safety issue, he took care of me right away. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. What more can a customer ask! After obtaining an oil change at Audi Burlington, I was later informed that my drain plug was welded shut (presumably to stop an oil leak due to a stripped drain plug). I reached out to the dealership and later informed that my drain plug was welded shut (presumably to stop an oil leak due to a stripped drain plug). I reached out to the dealership and it took several calls, emails, and days to even get a response at which time I was told that the dealership did not do this. I pointed out that they charged me to replace the drain plug so it must have happened on their watch or were minimally aware of it and did not say anything. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this dealership for service and would not recommend it to anyone else. More
