I was not given an estimated bill before work was done. Just estimate for one procedure given by a text which I thought was the total cost. They should of sat down and go over the whole cost of the work it More

Although we understand your frustration, it makes sense to us that the costs of additional service are added to the costs of the routine maintenance already performed. Jim should have went over all the costs line by line to give me a final number before the work was done. Instead he texted me one number for the lower control arm bushings which gave me the impression that was the total cost. I also requested, when I made the appointment on line for a transmission fluid change, and that was not done.
