Hi Henry, We understand that it can be frustrating to deal with unexpected automotive repairs but your review is not an accurate version of events. Nobody on our team implied your coolant light was caused by an issue that would be covered by a recall or warranty extension. You signed the authorization of work which stated you will be charged a diagnostic fee if you elect not to perform the recommended repair. The vast majority of our clients know how much time and energy we spend ensuring their expectations are based in reality before we begin to help them. Hi Patrice, We all put in a great amount of effort to respect our client's time when they visit us for service. In this instance we completed your oil and filter change in a reasonable amount of time, you also requested a MA state inspection. The regulations require us to follow a specific procedure that is documented and recorded by the state. Unfortunately following this procedure occasionally results in delays that are outside dealership control. We hope you give us another shot and we can turn your experience around.
