I went in for an oil change and was asked whether I wanted the 40K service. Knowing this was a costly service, I declined. Then, Jim Parolisi informed me that the service was covered because the prio wanted the 40K service. Knowing this was a costly service, I declined. Then, Jim Parolisi informed me that the service was covered because the prior owner of my vehicle had purchased Audi care. Really? Thanks!! They did all the service and then some. The team at Audi Burlington makes it easy. I called late afternoon and they had me bring my car in the next morning. They provided a loaner car and I was in and out quickly. They provided a video showing exactly what needed repair and maintenance, then I was sent a link to authorize or reject the recommended service. Work was completed in a timely manner. I was able to pay my bill online and picking my car up was as easy as dropping it off. The work they did made a huge difference. My car is running better than ever. Allen worked with us to help solve a couple of big issues that popped up in the short amount of time we had to resolve them . Great communication from Allen and quick and total resolve .
