Car was in for 40,000 mile service which is a costly one! ! I had reserved a loaner but none was available. Derek handled the situation quickly and professionally, offering several solutions. Not his fault that cars hadn’t been returned but still annoying. He assured me the service would be done in two hours so I opted to wait. Disappointing customer service. Could not be bothered to look up from phone. Had to wait when there was no line. Made me go to one line to check in and then go to another line which Could not be bothered to look up from phone. Had to wait when there was no line. Made me go to one line to check in and then go to another line which was right next door and both made me wait. Unnecessary rudeness. Also, said car was in garage. Waited there and it never came. Walked around and it was outside. No one said anything to me about it. Also, promised a rental car to use but no rental was available. Had to lyft there and back and entire day of errands had to be cancelled. More

I called Audi Burlington the young lady on the phone advised me of my best options I had my car towed to Audi Burlington that night by morning I was all set my car was checked out problem resolved.
