I am a tough customer to please and Herb Chambers Audi continues to impress and exceed my expectations! I purchased an A7 in July of 2011. The sales process was honest and fair. Service experience has been incredible and significantly better than the two other Boston area Audi dealerships I used for previous vehicles as well as Lexus which has proven to be dramatically worse. It is rare to receive exceptional service and am delighted to write this review in support of this great dealer. More

Buying a car can be a combative process. I found the experience at Audi Burlington fair and professional. What makes me return to a dealership is the quality of service. I had a great experience with my Saabs for over 10 years at the same dealer. Audi has surpassed that standard. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable I feel the process of scheduling, dropping off and retrieving my car to be the best experience I have had. Further, I like forthright customer service and Jim has consistently met the highest bar. I am communicated with in a concise manner and my satisfaction is always atop of mind. I have told colleagues the story of Jim calling me from his personal cell phone on his ride home to ensure I got the message earlier in the day. I expect that is my service organization and I appreciate receiving it from Jim and Burlington Audi. More

First let me say I am new using this dealer... George Chambers and Nick Dota are the best! Jim Parolosi and jeff in service are the greatest. On each of the (very few) occasions I've needed to return to Audi Burlington for routine service, I've been treated with respect and attention. The facility is attractive and clean, and although I'm easily to Audi Burlington for routine service, I've been treated with respect and attention. The facility is attractive and clean, and although I'm easily provided with a free loaner when needed, I am perfectly happy to while away an hour or two in company of genuine car people. I'm giving Herb Chambers Audi Burlington a 1-star based on an Alignment Issue with Audi Burlington in regards to the service on my Audi S4 - Alignment Issue (which destroyed 4 new tires valued at $250 on an Alignment Issue with Audi Burlington in regards to the service on my Audi S4 - Alignment Issue (which destroyed 4 new tires valued at $250 per) - After having my car serviced for an Alignment by Herb Chambers Audi Burlington which was a direct result of purchasing 4 235/45 R18 ($1000) I noticed that the inside wall of my New Tires were severely worn down to the steel wall so I drove my S4 to Herb Chambers Audi Burlington to check the alignment to make sure after driving less than 600 miles my alignment was still in place. Much to my chagrin I was told that my alignment was fine and that my tires were defective which was news to me! So I took my car to another Audi Dealership 15 miles away and contrary to Herb Chambers Audi Burlington enough my car was wayyyy out of Alignment in which I was provided a printed document proving so making Herb Chambers Audi Burlington LIARS!! At this point my blood is boiling over and I drive to Herb Chambers Audi Burlington demanding answers/remedy for 4 Dunlop Derezza Winter Sport SP tires valued at ($1000) and a new alignment. I spoke with Jim Parolisi and he directed me to his pathetic Service Manager who tried to defend lying about my car being in alignment and then lie about the numbers generated on his aligment machine by stating when asked if there was a guideline or manual for alignments for all S4's he stated that THERE'S NO GUIDELINE OR MANUAL but ironically enough that was a set-up question because Audi Westwood & Audi Corp in Detroit PROVIDED ME with the information. One would think that Herb Chambers Burlington Service Manager would have great customer service skills and quickly remedy this problem so that I would continue giving them business but that DEFINITELY WON'T HAPPEN. I buy Audi vehicles because they are a superior vehicle and because of the great reputation for service on their vehicles not because I want to be taking advantage of and LIED TO!! I'm very suspicious of all the superior reviews on this site because I know several other people who have experience my situation at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington but don't have the time or energy to write a detailed review. Clearly giving Herb Chambers Audi Burlington a second chance was the wrong decision. Herb Chambers Audi Burlington never compensated for my $1000 tires or a realignment so I had to get Audi Corp in Detroit involved. More

Always excellent , kind , professional and thorough. I especially like getting back a clean car! The sales people, Johnny, Peter in Porsche are also always engaged.
