From the first phone call to make my appointment I felt as if the people were taking the time for me and my individual needs. I have young children and needed a car while mine was being worked on. The young man that scheduled my appointment was very attentive to my needs. He was able to get me in last minute and a free Audi to drive while my vehicle was being worked on. When I arrived there Jeff was friendly, professional and courteous. My car was done before the estimated time they gave me. I was in and out picking up my car in less than 10 minutes. Then a young woman called days letter to make sure my car was running properly and she cared how My experience was. I think this is the way to treat a customer. I will always have my car serviced there and will definitely purchase my next vehicle here. Thumbs up Audi Burlington. John helped me schedule my service visit easily and quickly. Once I arrived I was greeted by a very nice young man who gave my vehicle the once over and ushered me inside to speak with a service advise quickly. He quickly found my appointment and and confirmed all of my concerns that were being addressed. Before I knew it he was handing me the keys to a brand new A6 that was waiting in the service drive and I was off to work Later that afternoon Jeff called me back to tell the service was complete and I could pick up my vehicle at my convenience. When I returned Jeff was walked me over to the the cashier and asked if I had any questions while a valet pulled my squeaky clean Audi to the door so I could jump right in. John even followed up to make sure that had a great experience and said that he was looking forward to my next visit. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional I will not be going anywhere else for service. A truly refreshing dealership experience compared to others I have visited. More

We are currently considering the purchase of a Audi Q5 S exactly like the loaner vehicle we drove. Based on our recent experience at Herb Chamber's Audi, we will definitely consider negotiating a purchase with them . In any event, we will continue to service our A5 there indefinitely. I usually get an unsettling feeling when I have to bring my car into a shop. But the folks at Audi Burlington have nailed the service work every time. 15 years ago before going back to school for Electric my car into a shop. But the folks at Audi Burlington have nailed the service work every time. 15 years ago before going back to school for Electrical Engineering I used to be a mechanic – Have a degree in Automotive Science too , so I know a thing or two about diagnostic work and repairs. I'm over 40 years old now, and having been on both sides of the fence I can really appreciate the high level of customer service provided and quality of workmanship delivered. Recently I took my 2009 V10 S6 into them (Jim Parolisi; he's really attentive) for work – I spent around $2K with them. I had some service work & some Dent-Doctor work performed. I must say the car runs excellent now. The low-end power now on the S6 is ridiculous. Additionally I can't tell that there were ever any dings where the Dent-Dr work was performed – no matter how many angles I look at it from. To summarize, Audi's are expensive – all of them. Be prepared to spend some good money, or go buy a Toyota. With respect to some of the other posts, I like to remind folks to be realistic. Although Audi Burlington has continued to deliver outstanding customer service and workmanship to me, it's important that folks temper their high standards & expectations with the understanding that sometimes things just don't work out – That's life. I originally bought my Audi from Jasson and recently had to take it back in for service. John was very helpful in getting me set up with a loaner while my car was being worked on. I think that if all Audi dealers and employees work and treat their customers the way Burlington Audi does, Audi could be the best in customer service. I was there twice. they give you a loaner car without having to fight for it. They call you to give you an update with the status of your car. They make an appointment for you as soon as possible and not weeks later and it is the way they honored their clients. After all the problems I've experienced with this car as a buyer i never thought my next car could be an Audi again. Burlington Audi had me reconsider. I hope it wasn't just the one person that i dealt with.Sorry if i'm bitter with other dealers but when you buy an Audi you have higher standards. More
After working with James Parolisi I was most impressed with the level of communication I received. I appreciated getting updates on the status of parts and repairs, and I think I even got a call saying he with the level of communication I received. I also wanted to acknowledge the work that Jason the Audi Tec did, he is a real MVP. Not only did he take time to listen as I was explaining the issues with the car, he waited till I was finished to diagnose the problem. He is truly a master of his craft. He caught a few other minor issues that would have caused major problems down the line, as well as taking the initiative to replace a worn out part that he discovered. His workmanship is unparalleled, and the car is running as well as ever thanks to his attention to detail. I got the sense that both of them take pride in their work and really enjoy what they do, -that most of all translates into a positive customer experience.
