Welcoming staff, great service, not very affordable price on parts and labor. The recent couple of times I brought my car in for service, there were always issues found. I want to take good care of my car, so I always bring my car to Audi certified dealership first, but the quote I got were always ridiculously high. I have to either earn more or be rich to keep up with the price, as there is going to be more fixing with my car down the road. More

Brought my S4 to this place for a coolant leak issue. They told me it was the water pump and they replaced it. I picked the car up and brought it back to them the next day for the same coolant leak issue They told me it was the water pump and they replaced it. I picked the car up and brought it back to them the next day for the same coolant leak issue. After 2 days with my car they told me the engine block was cracked and I needed a mew engine. I was in shock to say the least. In utter disbelief I brought my car to another Audi dealership which advised me that my engine block was not cracked and I did not need a new water pump. I actually needed a new oil separator. Needless to say I had the new Audi dealership install the oil separator and the car drives perfect. Audi Burlington does not and will not stand behind service. Sad because I stopped going to Audi of Nashua for similar reasons, seeming like a trend. More
