The team at Audi Burlington makes it easy. I called late afternoon and they had me bring my car in the next morning. They provided a loaner car and I was in and out quickly. I went in for an oil change and was asked whether I wanted the 40K service. Knowing this was a costly service, I declined. Then, Jim Parolisi informed me that the service was covered because the prio wanted the 40K service. Knowing this was a costly service, I declined. Allen worked with us to help solve a couple of big issues that popped up in the short amount of time we had to resolve them . Great communication from Allen and quick and total resolve .
