I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the service I received on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 at Audi Burlington, related to my 2019 Audi Q7. The purpose of my visit was to complet regarding the service I received on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025 at Audi Burlington, related to my 2019 Audi Q7. The purpose of my visit was to complete the 40,000-mile scheduled maintenance and to have the vehicle assessed due to active dashboard indicator lights (check engine and triangle with exclamation mark). Upon arrival, I was assisted by Service Advisor Anthony Ferrei, who has previously provided reasonable service. However, during this visit, Mr. Ferrei appeared rushed and dismissive despite only one other customer being present. He promptly stated my vehicle was due for its 40K service and quoted an estimated cost of $1,700, while also informing me that my warranty expired in May. While I acknowledged that I scheduled the appointment for this purpose, I explained that the indicator lights had been on for a week and were now intermittently off. I requested that the lights be prioritized to determine if the full 40K service was warranted. Mr. Ferrei suggested a “minor service” at approximately $399, which included an oil and filter change, brake inspection, and tire check. I informed him that the tires and brakes had already been serviced within the last six months and did not require additional inspection. I also asked whether any notice regarding the upcoming 40K service should have been provided through the vehicle's onboard system or by dealership correspondence—he agreed there should have been. Most troubling is the fact that I had a prior service completed on December 24, 2024, and upon review of my records and the technician’s video sent to me, I found that the service reminder indicator had not been reset, which would have notified me of the upcoming 40K service. Additionally, the oil/filter change that was completed during this visit was entirely unnecessary, given the December service. When I followed up with Mr. Ferrei to address this oversight, he acknowledged that the oil change was redundant and admitted it was an error on his part, but dismissed my concerns by stating, “What do you want me to do—I can’t take the oil out of the car,” and “I can’t comp you as I’m not losing my job.” Such a response is unprofessional, unacceptable, and fails to reflect Audi’s commitment to high customer service standards. As per Audi's own maintenance schedule and industry service best practices, service history should be reviewed thoroughly, and the vehicle’s onboard systems properly reset to ensure accurate tracking of scheduled maintenance. Oversights like these not only lead to unnecessary expenses for the customer but also erode trust in the brand’s promise of luxury and reliability. More

This last visit I worked with Anthony who was able to help me with a last-minute emergency situation with the car and not only got me on my way within a couple of hours with an unexpected appointment, but he also put me in a loaner without any notice so that I could grab some lunch while I waited for the service to be complete. He and the team were able to help me get the assistance from Audi of America we needed and I am grateful. Throughout the whole process, he was transparent and trying to save me money wherever he could without compromising the quality of work. Would recommend working with him again. More
