I had a battery issue with my Q5, and I was able to get immediate access to service. The problem was evaluated quickly, and I was continually updated on the status of the car. Jim at the service counter was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and got me in and out quickly. However, the young woman who answered the phone Friday evening at 5:30 ( Briana), was n He answered all my questions and got me in and out quickly. However, the young woman who answered the phone Friday evening at 5:30 ( Briana), was not helpful at all and did nothing but transfer me to unanswered lines. When I called back to explain she acted as if I was putting her out that I was calling again. That young lady could use some customer service training for sure. More
Max my service advisor was excellent. However the dealership itself fell a little short. Honestly if not for Max’s attentiveness I probably would consider other dealerships. I scheduled my service appointment 2 weeks in advance with the condition of needing a courtesy vehicle. When I got to the dealership at 8:30am the guy corralling the cars into the drop of area was pretty rude. Not sure if he was having a bad day or something else but he didn’t say hello or anything just told me to leave the keys in the car and just seemed to have an attitude. Maybe he’s just not a morning person but it was already a bad start. Then I found out that their were no courtesy vehicles but when I walked through the lot to check out the used cars they had there were three cars labeled courtesy vehicles so another thing leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth. Finally my service I was told my car was fixed for the keyless entry issue in all but 1 door because the sensors for the doors are on back order however when I tested it myself when I got home none of the doors worked so what did I pay for? Fortunately when I called Max he let me know that I could come in and theyll take care of me. Either way in summary, it’s possible this was an isolated incident but I will definitely expect a better experience next time I come in. More
