Scott took the time to discuss how pricing works on both pre-owned and new models and to explain the options I had with models, financing, trade-ins, etc. I never felt pressured or bombarded with add-on warranties and protections. He followed through on everything he said he would do and clearly communicated the actions I needed to handle to close the deal.
