I told him what I was looking for and he found the exact car that I wanted l Burlington and was lucky enough to work with Keith on both purchases.. I told him what I was looking for and he found the exact car that I wanted low miles and was Certified Pre-Owned. He even stayed late so I could do a test drive when I got out of work. He’s not pushy with the sale and really just wants to find you the right car for your budget. I would definitely ask for him when you go in but all the team members are super nice and I can see why the dealership is the TOP Audi dealership in the area. Not A Happy Experience purchased a used Audi Q5. Everything was going good until I picked up the vehicle. Picked it up on Thursday around 6pm and had to have it towed home on Friday night around 11 Everything was going good until I picked up the vehicle. WOW I was floored not a omg what happened, I'm so sorry nothing just bring it the service department. So I have to have it towed again I'm still in shock........ Contacted the service department to let them know what was happening and Ray Hebert was great very understanding and caring. AAA was having a hard time setting up a tow and Ray set us up with a loaner so I could get to work on time. Hopefully it is not a serious issue More
