When I first purchased the car, I had trouble with the voice commands for both the hands-free phone and the navigation. I also had trouble getting all my contacts into the car, as memory space was taken u voice commands for both the hands-free phone and the navigation. However, despite the problems that I had with the car at the beginning, the service people at Audi have been very helpful in answering my questions and solving these technological problems. Excellent interaction experience with this dealership. Rick was my salesman. He was very competent and knowledgeable about the CPO car ( 2006 Audi A8L) I eventually wound up purchasing. Shortly after taking possession of the car, it unfortunately needed a few more repairs. Matt Sullivan in their Client Care Department, did an extraordinary job of helping me and coordinating the service needed and loaner car arrangements to meet my work schedule. I have recently moved to the area and I drive a 2009 Audi A4 and I was looking for a new dealer to service my Audi. I gave them a call because I needed a 25k service and to my surprise they were able to take me in same day and provide me with a loaner so that I could go about my day. All work was explained thoroughly and they even washed and vacuumed my car at no charge. They were all very friendly and very accommodating. Needless to say I have found my new dealership! The two gentlemen that i dealt with, Matt and Chris, were friendly, comforting, and reasurring that i would be back on the road ASAP, which i was shortly after i arrived. I would give this dealership and their staff five stars, If i lived closer, this would be the dealership of my choice. I got a flat while driving on the highway. Audi roadside assistance helped with the spare and I called my dealer who had a new tire for me within 24 hours.
