went in looking for a pre-certified a6 for my wife and ended up buying her a new 2011 A6 because I was so impressed not only with the vehicle but the entire Burlington audi staff. Their facility is outsta ended up buying her a new 2011 A6 because I was so impressed not only with the vehicle but the entire Burlington audi staff. Their facility is outstanding! Their customer service is outstanding! Mr. Levy walked us through all our options, no pressure , just practical information and honest answers to all of our questions. It was refreshing after having dealt with other dealerships, etc for so many years. Since then I have bought two other pre-certified vehicles from Burlington Audi and Jay Levy. We have become an Audi family and are loving every minute of it!!!! Thank you Burlington Audi More
My wife and I decided on the 2011 Q5 as a second family car. I dealt with Rick Legier at Audi Burlington. I was given a class act service by Rick from the first meeting/test drive through the time I was r car. I dealt with Rick Legier at Audi Burlington. I was given a class act service by Rick from the first meeting/test drive through the time I was ready to buy. Communication was good and he was patient with our decision making process. Of course when ready to buy, they were out of Q5s on the lot, but Rick quickly found a selection of 3-4 Q5 vehicles which had all the features I was looking for "on the dock" which could be in Burlington within 1-2 weeks time. This allowed me to make a quick decision and after some back and forth on pricing agreed on great price (Rick and Audi Burlington were very competitive on pricing relative to local Audi competition). Took delivery of the car 5 days later! We had bought 2 Herb Chambers cars previously (Mercedes in Somerville), but hadn't dealt with Audi Burlington before. Now we have our third Chambers vehicle and could not be happier. Rick and Audi of Burlington were great to deal with and would recommend them to friends and family as they took care of what I needed and turnaround was fast. More
I was in a bind, I had no car and I needed to get to work the next day. This group worked as a team (lead by Rick) to get my Audi in my hands and registered so I could go to work the next day. They did thi the next day. This group worked as a team (lead by Rick) to get my Audi in my hands and registered so I could go to work the next day. They did this at 3PM and the RMV closes at 5PM, AMAZING! Great customer service, great work ethic, and will to get the job done and have a customer drive home happy! More
Rick and his colleagues were great. He was friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all (like the typical car sales guy). Great service. He even drove to my house in the evening to pick up a missing piece helpful, and not pushy at all (like the typical car sales guy). Great service. He even drove to my house in the evening to pick up a missing piece of paperwork (40 minutes each way). I'm now the proud owner of new 2010 TT which I'm loving to drive. More
My 10-yr. old Toyota Solara just turned 100,000 miles and I decided it was time to get another car. It was definitely going to be another Toyota, but I decided to look at Hondas too. After looking at some I decided it was time to get another car. It was definitely going to be another Toyota, but I decided to look at Hondas too. After looking at some Toyotas, I drove to Herb Chambers in Burlington. I was impressed the minute I walked in the door. I was immediately approached by salesman, Patrick Sisk. He was so pleasant and very informative. I was extremely nervous when I arrived, but he made me feel comfortable being there. I found the perfect car for me and I picked it up yesterday. The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. Pat did not make me feel rushed at all. He spent almost two hours fully explaining the navigational system and all the other extras that came with the car. I can tell he enjoys his job. I will definitely return to Herb Chambers in Burlington and I hope I can do busines with Pat again. He's the best. More
I was finding it very hard to locate a new 2011 Audi Q5 in a particular combination of exterior color, interior color and installed options. I tried all the local dealers in my area of Virginia over a peri in a particular combination of exterior color, interior color and installed options. I tried all the local dealers in my area of Virginia over a period of 2 months but was unable to find even one car. I expanded my search and eventually found an exact match at Audi Burlington. I was hesitant to contact them because I live in Virginia and they are just outside Boston...making us 500 miles apart. Nonetheless, I contacted them to determine if the specific car was still available, and after verifying that fact, I then discussed the price. After a short negotiation with Jasson McNallie, the price was established and I then had to make a decision. Do I buy the car from them and deal with all the unusual issues of buying a car out-of-state? I decided to go for it, planned a one-way flight to Boston, and informed my salesman, Mannie Cabral, that I would be arriving at their premises a few days later to finalize the sale and drive the car back to VA. One of the tricky details to sort out was the registration requirements for this kind of sale...them being in MA and me being in VA. VA has a temporary (cardboard) plate system which is valid for 30 days, allowing time for the real (metal) plates to arrive. However, this is where my experience with Audi Burlington is less than perfect. I called them and then had to call again (numerous times) in an attempt to find out what was needed to register the car so that I could legally drive it away from their premises all the way back to VA. They were not at all reliable when they said they would call back by a specific time. Anyway, I eventually got a Trip Permit from VA DMV that authorized me to drive the car from MA to VA and I knew that the real registration would be initiated by Audi Burlington. (This was required because the car was being financed with a bank loan, and therefore I could not directly receive the Title to the car.) I flew to Boston, took cab to their premises in Burlington and met Mannie for the first time. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable salesman and I recommend him to anyone wanting to buy an Audi from Audi Burlington. Then I had to wait...and wait...despite the fact that they had know I was coming days in advance. After more than 1.5 hours, I finally got ushered into the office of the finance guy (Joe Bates) and started the paperwork process. That all went smoothly (with the expected hard sell on add-ons, extra warranties, etc.) and I was eventually in my new car and out of there...a total of 3 hours later. The trip down to VA went smoothly...I LOVE my new car...and made it back in 8 hours. The following day came the next surprise...the registration process would NOT take advantage of the temporary (cardboard) plate option that VA allows, but instead would take a 'few days' before I would receive the real (metal) plates. This turned into exactly one week, during which time my new car sat in my garage, and me being unable to drive it. Very annoying! So, in summary: 1) Would I recommend Audi Burlington? Yes 2) Is buying a car out-of-state really feasible? Yes 3) If possible, buy the car for cash and immediately get the Title. Having the Title means you can handle the registration yourself once you get back home. 4) If you finance the car, be prepared to wait 1-3 weeks for the out-of-state registration process to take place. 5) Audi Burlington, you need to improve your phone communications. If you say you will call back by a certain time...call back by that time. More
We had two cars sold out from under us locally in Maryland but found a match on the Audi CPO site. I emailed Audi Burlington and almost immediately got a letter appreciating my inquiry and requestin Maryland but found a match on the Audi CPO site. I emailed Audi Burlington and almost immediately got a letter appreciating my inquiry and requesting an opportunity to be of service. The letter also explained their pricing policies, hours of operation, referenced videos on their website and added an invitation to contact them at my convenience. I had been chasing down another car with a different dealership under similar circumstances, although not the color combination my wife wanted, and all I got back was a form letter that someone would contact me (which never has happened). I did contact Audi Burlington, at first by email worried their car had already been sold; they responded quickly that the car was available, and then we spoke by phone. My first conversation was with Jasson McNallie who knew the car inside and out, told me of it's service history and OFFERED to pick me up at the airport if I wanted to fly up and see the car. We had been considering it and had already rearranged our work schedules and Jasson's offer was too good to pass up. We put a deposit on the car to hold it until we could fly up on Saturday. I had also found a coupon for internet customers and watched a couple videos from their website. Flying on 9/11 was somber, especially flying over NYC. Go Southwest! Arrived at Boston's Logan Airport, walked outside and Jasson arrived right on time. We got a quick tour of the city, having never been there and then arrived at the dealership. Conversation was easy with Jasson and we were soon at the dealership. We parked out behind the service department and there was the car we wanted to see, clean and ready for us. We have a 2005 A4 Cabriolet in the same White with Beige top colors but this 2009 SLine Cabriolet was stunningly presented. After a short test drive and review of the functions and features with Jasson, we headed to the sales floor via the service department. Along the way, every single technician, service advisor, and passer by said hello or welcomed us to Audi Burlington. On the sales floor we met with the Sales Manager and the General Manager while Jasson got the paperwork set out in the office. Both were genuinely appreciative of our effort to come from Maryland and interested in our lives in Maryland. We chatted about the local area, the car and the dealership's effort to make this easy for us. While the car was getting some options installed, Jasson gave us his personal car to go get lunch and recommended several local favorites. We were surprisingly relaxed about all this and had a great lunch. Same treatment when we returned from lunch, everyone at Audi Burlington was very genuine and interested in our experiences. I can't imagine we are the only ones to ever fly in to pick up a car, but it was really appreciated. I am sure that there are daily challenges at Audi Burlington, as in any business that deals with the public in a situation involving something so personal and costly, but we believe that Jasson McNallie represents the kind of people we all wish we could work with. With the top down, we left on our 8 hour trip back to Maryland. The car was flawless, we learned to use the NAV system and we marveled at the adventure we were on. The telltale comment came from my wife the next morning when we were looking at out twins in the garage. She said that in all the purchases of over 20 vehicles, this is the first one where she doesn't mind the Herb Chambers license plate frames on her car. Usually those don't make it to the curb with her, so congratulations to the Jasson McNallie and our new friends at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington. We are proud Herb Chambers customers! More
My first review was delete for some reason, so here we go again. I bought my A6 into this dealer for service about a 9 months ago, not only did they not fix my problem but they took all the change that I had again. I bought my A6 into this dealer for service about a 9 months ago, not only did they not fix my problem but they took all the change that I had left in the ash tray. They also went thru my things in the glove box. Very unprofessional of them. I called the customer service manager the next day and he said he would look into it but never heard back from him. Needless to say I will never use this dealer again for service. Follow up on 8/25/2010: I had a very pleasant conversation with a Mr. Jasson McNallie today, he was very professional and explained to me the steps Burlington Audi took to correct the problem after my bad experience there. I am not going to edit my original review because I really did have a bad experience there but I do think that the management team at Herb Chamber truly cares about customer satisfaction and try to meet the customer's needs. I am going to try to do business with Herb Chamber Audi again in the future. More
Great service and costumer relations! I highly recommend to my friends whom also own Audis. I usually don't like dealing with my car's maintanance however using their services is very pleasant and the fact to my friends whom also own Audis.
