It seems like all the great customer service representatives who I used to deal with quit and the ones they have now recieved a D in Customer Service 101. Customer Service has never been the same since they moved to the new location. They rarely return phone calls or emails, I constantly need to call for status updates, and just overall poor demeanor. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Worst of all is they do not take responsibility for mistakes they make. Each employee I have dealt with when bringing my Audi A4s First a 2003 A4 then a 2010 A4) have gne out of their way to help and make sure I was satisfied with the work or maintenance performed.
