Professional, courteous and knowledgeable I feel the process of scheduling, dropping off and retrieving my car to be the best experience I have had. Further, I like forthright customer service and Jim has consistently met the highest bar. I am communicated with in a concise manner and my satisfaction is always atop of mind. I have told colleagues the story of Jim calling me from his personal cell phone on his ride home to ensure I got the message earlier in the day. On each of the (very few) occasions I've needed to return to Audi Burlington for routine service, I've been treated with respect and attention. The facility is attractive and clean, and although I'm easily to Audi Burlington for routine service, I've been treated with respect and attention.
