I had just bought a 2007 Audi out of state and was looking to fix a broken glovebox which I had hoped was still under warranty and a recall service check. When I arrived, I was treated so well I was looking to fix a broken glovebox which I had hoped was still under warranty and a recall service check. When I arrived, I was treated so well I was really amazed. My previous experiences with service depts. at dealerships has been poor to say the least. And I had gone to Audi in Brookline the previous week for this work - and was horrified by the poor treatment and rude attitude and ended up leaving in disgust with a $600 quote to fix my glovebox. So walking into Audi Burlington and meeting Adam was such a pleasure. I didn't even have an appointment - and my car was handled right away. They took the time to do the research on my vehicle, finished the recall work in record time. They were able to open the glovebox (where the other dealer couldn't), identified it actually was a warranty issue, and the parts are on order and it will be fixed for free! So making the drive out to Burlington was so worth it! I saved $600, met my future service team, and encountered one of the most professional, nicest service manager's around. Adam rocks! So I strongly suggest making the drive to this dealership for your repair work. More

They are selling a great product so you can't really mess that up, but they go above and beyond, making the customer feel classy, important, and truly working as hard as they can to please the customer.
