This was my second purchase of an Audi from Mike in less than a year. My first purchase was a Q5 last June which has been a terrific car which led to my wife giving the thumbs up on the purchase of the S4. My first purchase experience with Mike was such a great experience that he was my first call when I decided it was time for my turn for an Audi. Mike took the time to get to know what I wanted in the new car and spent the time to go over the car and features. This was a huge help to determine which car with what features I would finally purchase. Mikail helped with my trade in and we were able to come to a final purchase contract fairly and quickly. I would recommend Herb Chambers Audi Burlington to anyone looking to purchase a car. Audi's are the the best driving cars that anyone can purchase and Mike, Mikail, and the Audi Burlington team are the best team in the car business. And despite buying a new car every 18 to 24 months this is my first repeat brand purchase in more than 15 years and I expect to be a repeat customer again for my next car purchase, which will most likely be more than 24 months away, just another testament to the quality and value of the Audi brand. To our relief, Jay alerted us right off that there would be no negotiating given the very fair asking price that we also noted--that also meant faster service. He knew the company's procedures which made for a smooth transaction. If there were a model salesman, it would be Jay Levy. What more could one ask for than friendliness, integrity, and knowledge combined? We are looking forward to receiving the second electronic key and owner's manual, as promised. When I needed information from Steve, I had his email address and cell phone number and he was always available and helpful. I would definitely go back to him the next time I make a car purchase. I really had no idea that buying a car could not only be hassle free but actually a very pleasant experience. I would also recommend him to friends as the person to contact if interested in an Audi. This is the second time I have worked with Caitlin Meuse during my Audi purchase and both times have been nothing short of exceptional. Her attention to detail, friendliness and customer service are quite during my Audi purchase and both times have been nothing short of exceptional. I went for service for a noise that was there since sometime. Audi had already replaced parts under warranty to solve the problem with no success. This time they told me they would do what it takes to sometime. Audi had already replaced parts under warranty to solve the problem with no success. This time they told me they would do what it takes to find and fix it. The issue was basically invisible and they had to compare my car with another one to find the issue in the roof box (it is a cabrio). That has been tuned, and the service team has been driving in my car to make sure it was fixed, and they succeeded to fix it. What I love is that you get a nice loaner, a smile, everything is on time, and regular updates by phone. I wish all service teams would be the same. Congratulations More
