Customer Service obviously means a lot to this team and it shows. My initial service took only a couple of hours, but I was provided with a loaner car so that I didn’t have to wait around. The added bonus to this trip was when I picked up my car I noticed that not only had they washed it but they had vacuumed out my back seat! I have a yellow lab:) It’s the little things! More
From the first phone call to make my appointment I felt as if the people were taking the time for me and my individual needs. I have young children and needed a car while mine was being worked on. The young man that scheduled my appointment was very attentive to my needs. He was able to get me in last minute and a free Audi to drive while my vehicle was being worked on. When I arrived there Jeff was friendly, professional and courteous. My car was done before the estimated time they gave me. I was in and out picking up my car in less than 10 minutes. Then a young woman called days letter to make sure my car was running properly and she cared how My experience was. I think this is the way to treat a customer. I will always have my car serviced there and will definitely purchase my next vehicle here. Thumbs up Audi Burlington. It's nice to know people still care about small details and personalized attention. Keep up the good work!!! More

John helped me schedule my service visit easily and quickly. Once I arrived I was greeted by a very nice young man who gave my vehicle the once over and ushered me inside to speak with a service advise quickly. He quickly found my appointment and and confirmed all of my concerns that were being addressed. Before I knew it he was handing me the keys to a brand new A6 that was waiting in the service drive and I was off to work Later that afternoon Jeff called me back to tell the service was complete and I could pick up my vehicle at my convenience. When I returned Jeff was walked me over to the the cashier and asked if I had any questions while a valet pulled my squeaky clean Audi to the door so I could jump right in. John even followed up to make sure that had a great experience and said that he was looking forward to my next visit. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional I will not be going anywhere else for service. A truly refreshing dealership experience compared to others I have visited. More
While we did not purchase our Audi A5 at this dealership, we recently brought it in for service. We were highly impressed with every aspect of our experience. The work was completed within the time promised and we had use of a beautiful Q5 rental. Jeff and other members of the service team were extremely courteous and professional. We are currently considering the purchase of a Audi Q5 S exactly like the loaner vehicle we drove. Based on our recent experience at Herb Chamber's Audi, we will definitely consider negotiating a purchase with them . In any event, we will continue to service our A5 there indefinitely. We have dealt with many dealerships over the years and this one stands out. More

I was lucky enough to be assigned to Caitlin, who immediately put me at ease with her congenial manner. We talked a bit, and she was able to field the technical questions, while we arranged for a test drive. Opposite to my experiences elsewhere, Caitlin wanted me to really drive the car to make sure that I was getting what was right for me. She also didn't pressure me with the obvious and schlocky tactics that others employ. When it came time to look at the numbers, she was also adept. Kudos to Audi of Burlington and it's Sales Manager to have hired such good people, and especially Caitlin M. If you are looking to have a good buying experience, and want to skip the BS, ask for Caitlin by name. You'll be glad you did. More

I emailed 3 dealers and told them exactly what I was looking for - car, down payment and monthly payment. All three called me right away, but Audi Burlington was the only one who wouldn't give me numbe looking for - car, down payment and monthly payment. All three called me right away, but Audi Burlington was the only one who wouldn't give me numbers over the phone. Eventually I got an email from them with a "range" that was $200/month over what the other dealers had quoted me (actual numbers, over the phone). It was insulting. I had already purchased my gorgeous new Audi at another dealer when I got a "we'll match any price" email. All this dealer cared about was "getting me in", I assume to wear me down and play games - which was my experience with Herb Chambers 20 years ago. It's sad really that they are still doing business like this. With the information available to consumers these days they should really get with the program. More
