Jim has been great to deal with and has always tried to accommodate my needs when bringing my vehicle in for service, whether it was short notice or a planned service maintenance. I have had nothing but good experiences in dealing with the service department just wish I had fewer experiences. Although I am a bit frustrated with the car as of lately Audi of Burlington and the service department have tried very hard to make it right I don't know that they could do anything more. More

Jonathan took the time to explain all the features of the model I was considering; and after buying the car, he went over every aspect of the car. He was so well informed that whenever I asked a question, he not only had an answer, but described how the feature evolved as a product and what advances were created to make the car more efficient. They're a great group of people over there--from Jonathan to his manager, to the hysterically funny and personable finance guy I signed papers with--just a well run dealership. I'll always buy an Audi from here on out, and I can thank Jonathan and his team for that! More

I visited the dealership four separate times over a three week period to test drive different models/trims and research what I wanted. Jonathan arranged convenient times for me to do this and always had the vehicle I wanted ready. He never tried to push me to buy and always said come back when I was ready. I did visit another large Audi dealer to compare and they only wanted to talk about pricing, so I knew that staying with Burlington and Jonathan was the right move for a nicer experience. When I had finally decided what I wanted, the color/trim combination wasn't in-stock from Burlington so Jonathan found one at another dealer and had it brought to Burlington at no cost to me and with no change in our agreed pricing. He also spent time going over the features and continually offered to help with any questions after-purchase and I felt like he was genuinely interested in my experience. The finance team also found me a fantastic rate from a local bank below Audi rates, so the entire team there really served me well. More
My recently purchased A8 developed a cooling system leak which was only corrected by a part from Germany. Despite the 8-10 day wait the service department made every effort to keep me informed of the progr which was only corrected by a part from Germany. Once completed the service adviser offered me a complete interior and exterior detailing at some future date to 'reward' me for my patience. Service like this under difficult circumstances is rare. This is my fourth car from this dealership and the service and sales experience is unlike any other. More
