I had been driving Nissan and Infiniti throughout the years and had been looking at Audi for quite a while. I ended up settling on a new A6 Premium Plus. My salesman was Josh Morrison who did an excellen years and had been looking at Audi for quite a while. I ended up settling on a new A6 Premium Plus. My salesman was Josh Morrison who did an excellent job going over the features and offering a great transition into the new car with all the technology it comes with. I made my choice to go with Burlington after visiting a number of Audi dealers in Boston and the North Shore. After bad experiences with them I decided on Herb Chambers for my new A6. I also got the best trade-in for my Infiniti and the whole staff was very polite and professional to work with. I highly recommend Josh over at Burlington. Now Jeff is my Service manager and I’m looking forward to servicing my vehicle and others in the years to come. More

I was able to get my car in for service the next day.I work long hours and the early drop off late pick up made it convenient to drop the car off before work and use a new Audi to drive for the day.. This is by far the best Audi dealership I've come across in my search. I recently purchased a used audi elsewhere and had to take it in for a new trunk latch just a few days after buying it. Though they wer in my search. I recently purchased a used audi elsewhere and had to take it in for a new trunk latch just a few days after buying it. Though they were busy and I didn't have an appointment, Jeff Bucholz was the first to greet me and did everything he could to successfully squeeze the repair into the busy schedule. On top of that, he put up with my constant check-ins to see how everything was going without a complaint or sign of disdain. Jennifer Gardner was also extremely accomodating throughout my visit. After just a few hours, my trunk was fixed and now works perfectly. The only thing to note is that the quote at this dealership was $70 more than Audi of Brookline. I was perfectly content paying it though as the staff are 100 times better and far more friendly, the place is modern and well kept, and it doesn't reek of the fast food that the people at Audi of Brookline were eating right in front of me while giving the quote (very unprofessional of them). Overall, the outstanding service at this particular dealership inspires confidence that merits the higher price tag. If you want a premium experience to match your premium car, this is the dealership for you! More
