I was shopping to replace my truck, and Audi Burlington certainly delivered. I approached them through their online inquiry service, which of the dealerships in the region, their site clearly had the most certainly delivered. They actually include the correct trim level for the various cars along with accurate options, as opposed to the other dealerships in the area that don't do this. And in my specific case, the photos of each car on their lot were available for the model in which I was interested. I ended up working with Jon Miranda, who was excellent to work with and very responsive to what I was looking for in a car. Once we closed the deal, I felt great about my car buying experience with Jon, confident that I had found a dealership that gave me a solid price with virtually no "run around". I will certainly be contacting them for future car purchases and highly recommend Jon to anyone who is shopping for an Audi. More
I recently purchased a 2013 Audi A6 from Herb Chambers of Burlington. Russ Karkachov was my sales rep throughout the process. Russ was very knowledgeable and customer-service oriented. I had initially visited the dealership a few months prior to test-drive an A4, and at that time I was upfront with him that I had no immediate plans to purchase the vehicle at that time. I was at the start of my new car purchase process and first wanted to test other makes and models. Russ was very receptive of that feedback, and remained optimistic. Furthermore, he encouraged my additional planned research and finally stated that if I eventually decided to purchase an Audi, that he would certainly like to see me again. He also encouraged me to visit other Herb Chambers dealerships for my continued make/model research efforts. Well, Russ' respectful demeanor and openness led me back to Audi of Burlington a few months later to test the A6 and purchase that day. Russ - great guy. I just purchased a Audi A7. Tom was extremely knowledge and not pushy, He was ably to answer all my questions, This was my first time working with Tom but my 3 purchase at the dealership.
