Went into the Audi of Burlington dealer trying to figure out if my wife and I were going to purchase an A4 Quattro or the Volvo S60 R-Design and after working with the team their in Burlington, we are the n out if my wife and I were going to purchase an A4 Quattro or the Volvo S60 R-Design and after working with the team their in Burlington, we are the new owners of a great 2013 CPO Audi A4. Our sales associate - Bruno Lopes - was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and even came in on a day off to finalize the purchase for me. It was also nice to see all the associates there working together as a team to help the customer with any questions/concerns they may have. Their pricing was fair - but be aware they have moved to this non-negotiable smart price that you see a lot of dealers transitioning to today. With that said, I still think they went the extra bit to give me all they could plus more for my trade that still got me to what I went in considering a "reasonable price". In comparison to other car purchases I've made elsewhere, what I would say best describes Audi or Burlington is they have a customer service experience that matches the luxury car brand that they sell. Would recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a new or used Audi. More
I have been planning for today for such a long time. Finally that day had arrived. My cousins and I had been going around audi dealership to get the best prices on audi A7 or S6. I received great service from them. They offered a test a drive of S6 , and of course I took it. What a great a car. They also let me test drove A7, cause that's why I had originally wanted. Negotiated on prices for prestige and premium models. Great service and great prices. Then we go to Burlington dealership. Here I am thinking we are gone get better deal cause they sell lots of car( that's what I had heard). Go in start talking with Russ. Couple other employees were giving us the look like u can't afford that. We are only 24 years old. We start talking with Russ, he wants us to tell him what I want to offer him. I threw him him a number. He said that can't happen. Then we threw another number. He went to ask the manager. Manager comes back. "Ok, who is buying the car". I am. " that offer won't work, thanks for coming have a good day" They lost 3 sale for that day cause they would of had one trade and two brand new car. And all four of us own a 13 restaurant combined. Questions? 1. Where is the counter offer? 2. Why underestimate when 24 year adult comes to buy $70,000 car? 3. Should I bring my tax return next time so u don't judge? Oh yeah, and I am getting my next audi at Nashua, nh. I am also going to make my cousins buy from there. More
Russ was very helpful and process was painless and quick. I scheduled a test drive of several styles as I was trying to decide on A4 vs allroad. Brought my 1998 Audi A4 Quattro in for an electrical problem. They were very friendly and gave me a loaner for the duration of the repair. They fixed the problem at a reasonable price. I went into the Audi Burlington Herb Chambers dealership with an existing car on lease (different make/model than an Audi). Audi Burlington quickly gave a decision that they would be able to help get me out of my current lease and into an Audi. I chose to look at the 2013 Audi S4 and A6, finally deciding on the S4. Caitlin Meuse was my sales associate and went to great lengths to accommodate my tight schedule and setup test drives for the S4 and A6 in a very short time frame. She was very knowledgeable in the cars and also the technology, which really helped with my decision to consider an Audi over another luxury car brand I was heavily leaning towards. Once I had decided on the S4, Caitlin and one of the sales managers (Nicholas Dota) were truly exceptional in working with me patiently over the next few days to help me find the S4 with the options I was looking for as well as price. They both helped me get to the pricing I was happy with, and ultimately get me into my new S4!! One of the many qualities which I really admired about Caitlin & Nicholas was that they did not pressure me to make a quick decision, or try to persuade me into a different Audi than the ones I was deciding between. Even when I had told them I was contemplating about going with another car brand, they wished me well, in whatever decision I would have taken. You can go to any car dealership and find the product you're looking for. But the experience with the Herb Chambers staff and how they made me feel more like a friend and family, goes a long way in my book, when it comes to trust and satisfaction. When I picked up my car, they shared in my excitement. Even after a few days, Caitlin sent me several messages to make sure I was enjoying the car and to offer help in answering any questions. I really appreciated not feeling like I was just another "sale". Ironically I had to bring the car into service just a few days after picking it up, due to running over a nail in my front left tire. The Service team was quick to schedule an appointment and even offered to give me a loaner car or drop me off back at my office (chose the latter). The service was done in a very satisfactory manner and quickly, given that I called in with a last-minute appointment. Make this dealership your one-stop, and you'll be happy that you did and will be driving away smiling in a new Audi! I very highly recommend the dealership and staff, and look forward to telling many more about my wonderful experience at Audi Burlington! More
I bought my Audi last June from Jasson, he was great to work. My car was due for its first service and I stopped in to make an appointment because I was in the area. Jasson introduced me to Jeff Bucholtz in the service department. Jeff told me that if I had some time they would do the service right then. He told me how long it would take and Jasson even offered to drive me to the local mall if I wanted. These guys are terrific and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The car was ready exactly when Jeff said it would be. I would highly recommend Audi Burlington to anyone. More

Unfortunately, auto dealers, in general, have earned bad reputations for mishandling customers. This was not the case with Audi of Burlington, and it is important to point out why. My initial contact was with Nick Dota, the Used Car Sales Manager. Nick was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Initially I discussed a used car with Nick, however soon concentrated on the purchase of a new car with the assistance of a good friend. In my entire negotiations with Nick, he exhibited a genuine desire to earn my business. Nick was straight forward in the negotiations, honest, and fair to both me, and his dealership. Nick had me work with his salesperson Caitlin Meuse on the paperwork, and delivery details. Caitlin reviewed the purchase agreement in detail, and spent as much time as I needed going over the features of my new Audi.......not an easy task with so many options included. Throughout the delivery process, Caitlin showed great respect for me, the customer. In closing, Audi of Burlington is not the closest Audi dealer from where I live. Without reservation, I will recommend this dealership to friends and business associates. I will especially promote dealing with Nick Dota, and Caitlin Meuse. These individuals have earned my future business, and both are employees Herb Chambers should be proud to have on his team. More
