The service center at Audi of Burlington is terrific. The building itself is very nice and has a covered drive-in where you can drop off your vehicle and the inside offers free wifi. They offered me a courtesy loaner for the 2 days my car was with them, something that I never received at Audi of Brookline where I was forced to pay for non-audi rental cars while my car was being serviced by them. They fixed the issues they found and my car was returned to me cleaned inside and out. I will definitely be driving the extra distance to get tow Audi of Burlington in the future for my service needs. More

We were looking for an Audi Q7 with a premium package to replace our old Lexus RX330. I contacted Tom Viner, he told me that he had one in the inventory and asked me when I wanted to stop by. We stopped by the dealership on the following Saturday and he was out due to the Red Sox World series parade, so we looked around and got an idea of what the Q7 looked and felt. We left Audi Burlington and visited the Mercedes Benz of Boston in Somerville for a ML350. The experience wasn't so good there, so we came back the next day and saw Tom. Tom no longer sell cars, but he took time off his busy schedule just to accommodate me. We shook hands, exchanged greetings and went down to business. We had a number in mind, we wanted the Q7 at invoice price and not a penny more. Tom was able to work with us, and agreed on a compromise, we bought the Q7 just a few dollars above invoice. It was a nice experience indeed. A few lines on the dealership itself, I have been to many dealerships and dealt with many people. There is no BS with this place, the representatives don't play games with you. It is what it is. If they have a car fits your liking, they will try their best to sell it to you, if not, they will try to get one to you as soon as they become available. There are reviews saying that they cannot hold a large inventory, that's only because people are buying them like candies. The sales reps are very friendly, they gave you ample time to look at the cars you want, they don't flock around you the moment you step inside the door and they don't leave you hanging when you are really to purchase. We took the Q7 home and been enjoying it since. More

Making any big purchase can be stressful and we all know that buying a car can some times be unpleasant. Jon Miranda changed this experience for me forever. He was patient and so informative as he taught me and my husband about Audi, our choices and ultimately the car we purchased. We have owned several vehicles and I can honestly say that I have never loved any car this much. Thank you Jon and I do believe I am an Audi person now and forever more! Jon makes me look forward to the process of buying another car. I may do it sooner than later just to deal with Jon Miranda and Audi Burlington!! More
