He looks out for my interests when my car is there for service, making sure that whatever repairs are necessary are covered by the warranty whenever possible, and he always makes sure I have some alternate transportation, providing a loaner car whenever I need one. The service set-up at Burlington Audi in general seems to be a good one. I've never had a problem obtaining a service appointment at a time which is convenient for me, and the repairs that have been done have been done right the first time. More
I've dealt with Jeff Buchholz on multiple occasions and the guy makes any service needs extremely easy. Very thorough with follow up, great communication regarding what is going on with the vehicle and and the guy makes any service needs extremely easy. I did not wait long to reach Jim and have a service scheduled with a loaner at my convenience. Since I was pressed for time the loaner was delivered to me at my convenience and it arrived exactly on t scheduled with a loaner at my convenience. The part needed to be ordered for my car on a Friday so I was notified and told exactly when the work would be done and when to expect the call. Again, the call came in on the day I was told. The service need was a recall and was considered under warranty and I really appreciated that my car was being taken care of in a professional manner and that audi was standing behind their product and service. Not only was the customer service attentive and courteous, but also made sure my car was in great working condition and washed for me before I drove it away. Not that is customer service and that I why I own an audi. :) More

I brought my Audi A4 in for service, the battery was dead and a few other small issues. I call Jeff Hurd and he schedules me to bring the car in the next day - anytime. Last time in, I got a new A4 to borrow, so I was tempted to grab a loaner, but I didn't need one this time. The car was ready for me in 2 days. Everything fixed. Jeff contacted me twice during the service time to explain what was happening to my car. I appreciate the communication - no surprises when I get the invoice. Perfect!! This service department makes the whole experience seamless... Easy to drop off and easy to pick up. More
My wife and I visited Herb Chambers Audi for the purpose of buying an A5 Cabriolet. Jay Levy, salesman, greeted us and immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. Jay answered all of our questions, we test drove the car, even though we told him there would be no decision that day. He told us when we were ready, to give him a call and he would work with us. Over the next couple of weeks (April 2013), we contacted Jay, told him the car we wanted, and he spent numerous hours finding the car my wife wanted, since it was not in stock at the time of purchase. I want to say in fairness to the dealership, the car we wanted was in stock at the time, but since we took so much time for final decision, it was sold. Jay and the entire staff we met during the transaction were truly professional and helpful. There was no pressure and we worked the deal at our own pace. I came in for the regular service and I had the engine light on. Jeff first looked if there was any recalls that needed to be perform. I left the car there for the week-end, which I didn't mind since Audi light on. Jeff first looked if there was any recalls that needed to be perform. Once I picked up the car, the engine light came back after a day for another issue with the turbo valve, they took my car in right away and left me with another loaner. The process was very smooth. Jeff gave me a discount on the service the second time since they didn't see it the first time I came. The price for the repairs was still quite high in my opinion, but the service is of excellent quality. More

Jim was very responsive to me and my requests, whether it was preferred contact type email/phone/text (and actually using the preferred contact type), timing for dropping off/picking up, and just letting me know the status of my car. I previously had been going to Rt.9 Audi in Brookline, but foresee coming back to Audi of Burlington over the previous spot for all of these reasons. More

Based on what we discussed he found a car that matched my criteria. After the test drive, it was very low pressure to purchase. Makes it easy when you know you have a great product to sell. Only thing is I bought the car on a Friday and had to wait until Monday to get it registered. Made for a long weekend! I highly recommend Audi Burlington. More
