This was an experience of a life time. The service was quick and I could wait for the car! While I waited I noticed they had free refreshments, the coffee was fabulous and they even had free apples to mun quick and I could wait for the car! Jon and Jeff went above and beyond my expectations in helping me get service under my warranty. Loaner cars, constant communication, and complete satisfaction. As some may be aware, Audi's have gotten some negative press lately due to oil consumption issues, and because of this problem, some might be a little nervous about purchasing one. Let me assure you that if you do have such a worry, Audi Burlington takes the issue very seriously and makes every effort to address it in a timely manner. When I brought my 2007 A4 in for its last service, I spoke with Jim Parolisi, who informed me that he wanted to run a test on the engine to see if my car was having this issue (it was). Without any prompting on my part, Jim informed me that all service would be performed free-of-charge, and it was completed within two days. Not only did Jim take the time to explain the cause of the problem and the steps that were taken to address it, but when I had a follow up question three days later, he responded to my emails within minutes. While it is never fun when something goes wrong with one's car, Jim definitely helped to make the process as painless as possible. For that reason, I'd highly recommend Audi Burlington for those looking to service an Audi or who are in the market to purchase one. More
