I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Audi A4 with low mileage at Burlington Audi. After driving the car for about 3500 miles I brought it in for an oil change since I am accustomed to changing m with low mileage at Burlington Audi. After driving the car for about 3500 miles I brought it in for an oil change since I am accustomed to changing my oil every 3000 miles. I was greeted in the service department by Jeff Hurd. He introduced himself and was very welcoming given that it was my first service visit. He explained that the car uses a synthetic oil and that the oil needed to be changed only every 5000 miles. He educated me on the service needs of the car and the recommended intervals. He looked up the prior service records on the car and even though it was a little early I decided I’d like to do the next service and oil change so I wouldn’t have to come back in a month. Of course I hadn’t read the owner’s manual and Jeff answered questions for me about the operation of the car – all with a smile - even though I am sure he was busy. It was kind of late on a Saturday when I got there and I asked if it would be a problem getting the service done. Jeff told me not to worry. While waiting I was made to feel like a guest in someone’s home being offered beverages, wide screen TV, internet access. I also walked around the showroom and ran into a young sales person who was happy to talk to me about the cars even though I was not in the market for another car right now. My car was ready much sooner than I anticipated and let me just say that the car was in much better shape than when I gave Jeff the keys. They actually cleaned up the car for me. Wow! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and my experience purchasing this car was the best ever. Really nice people – no pressure, but that is another story. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this level of service continued right into the service area. I’ll look forward to having my car serviced in an attractive environment around nice people enjoying a good cup of coffee and an apple to go (they always have a bowl full of fresh apples for their clients). Thanks Jeff! More
My first interaction was this past spring/summer when I was searching for a CPO Audi. They had a fully optioned model listed that was more than I needed but I stopped by on a whim to check it out anyway ( was searching for a CPO Audi. They had a fully optioned model listed that was more than I needed but I stopped by on a whim to check it out anyway (no appointment). A salesman greeted me in the showroom and knew exactly which car I referred to, showed me the vehicle, and offered a test drive. We chatted a bit about the options and model year differences, he introduced me to the sales manager, we exchanged info and I was on my way. No major pressure (despite it being the end of the month), the standard follow-up calls naturally came and were very professional. I ended up not buying from Herb Chambers and found a perfectly optioned vehicle out-of-state at a great price. But that's not where the story ends. They're still the most conveniently located dealer for me, and I've been back twice for routine maintenance. Online scheduling couldn't be easier, drop-off/pickup has been straightforward, the actual service has been completed as promised, and I've experienced great follow-up afterwards. You would think I bought the car there brand new! More
The dealership is clean and modern, and performs great work, but the most important part of a service experience is the person you are dealing with. I actually originally called the dealership I bought my Audi from b/c the brake light was on. They were pretty short with me on the phone and gave me an estimate of $2,000 without even looking at my car. Audi from b/c the brake light was on. They were pretty short with me on the phone and gave me an estimate of $2,000 without even looking at my car. I swung into Audi Burlington b/c it is close to work and they were extremely helpful. They looked at the car, only did the work that was needed and saved me about $1,300.00. I mentioned that my tires might need to be rotated, but when they looked at the tires they explained that the best tires were on the front of the car and I should drive as is for now. I also received a work call that required me to drive to New Jersey the next morning before my car was even supposed to be finished. Jeff made sure they completed my car and I could pick it up before my trip. Really helpful staff! More
I've bought a lot of cars in my time, and the team at Audi Burlington has it right for the modern buying era. From the get go they treat you like you have a computer and that you bothered to look into what you are buying. I had a great experience purchasing my car here and I'll definitely recommend this to the discriminating buyer who wants to work a straight forward deal. It's especially appealing if you know how to negotiate but would rather just get to the point of a reasonable price. (Reasonable means a lot to many people, but to me is a fair number over invoice) I came in doing a serious car search looking for my next car, and started off with one vehicle. Although it was a great car, it wasn't the car for me. Jon did a great job listening to what I was looking for and what kind of car performance I desired. I was very impressed by his knowledge, his attention to detail, and his attentiveness. He stayed focus on providing service, did a great job in simply listening to my specifications and spent very little effort trying to sell me. He worked like a consultant trying to work with me, rather than trying to sell me a car that I didn't want. What he did do is find me some options after I left. Because of his great approach I gave it a shot and came back in to test a car that he suggested would meet my specs. And it did! What got even better was during the actual purchase discussion, which was in fact a discussion rather than a gimmick driven sales encounter. I immensely appreciated the straight forward discussion, and the fact that we all had a firm grasp of the numbers. Clearly every dealership is a business, and they need to make money, but it makes a world of difference to have people like Jon and his sales managers cut to the point and emphasis a strong desire of making a deal that works. Audi quality doesn't require a lot of selling pressure, but sales consultants like Jon Miranda are what makes the purchase a great experience from the moment of the joy of discovery of the car you want, through to the driving off the lot. Its also great that the entire sales team is focused in the same customer oriented way. More
The WORST dealer experience I've ever had in my life! I have purchased 30-40 cars with my family and friends in the past 10 years but have never had an experience quite like this one. My brother ca I have purchased 30-40 cars with my family and friends in the past 10 years but have never had an experience quite like this one. My brother came into town from Pittsburgh, he's a Cardiologist, salary is about $500k. We decided to stop by Audi because my brother's Infiniti G35 is getting old and he really wants to get an S5. The point of his salary is that he will be paying cash for this car, he can afford it. We walk in, wearing jeans and t-shirts, for the first 10 minutes everyone ignores us. I was okay with this because we were admiring the cars. Then a woman came over to help and we said we want to test drive the S5. She sits us down, talks a little bit and says are you going to buy it today? We said yes, if the deal is right but my brother is from Pittsburgh, we'll most likely compare prices and buy the best deal. She disappears and comes back and says well the S5 is a high end model so I can only let you drive it if you plan on buying it. We said okay, if the deal is right fine. Can we just drive the car? She goes away again, then her manager comes over and says, "sir if you are going to buy the car we can let you drive it. You understand this is a high-end vehicle, we can't let anyone put miles on it." This was the first time I've ever been discouraged to test drive a car. My brother got upset because he saw that they were treating us poorly because of the way we dressed. We said nothing, just walked out. What a bad dealership, my brother makes more money than all those salesmen combined, never going back here again. More
Upon walking into the showroom I was promptly greeted by my salesman, Josh. I was interested in an Audi A5 and was pitting it against the BMW 3 series (but truly had the new 4 series in mind). This was las my salesman, Josh. I was interested in an Audi A5 and was pitting it against the BMW 3 series (but truly had the new 4 series in mind). This was last November. I decided to wait until the 4 series came out and did not buy a car. Fast forward to May when I decided to once again drop into the showroom. Right at the front door was Josh who greeted me enthusiastically. He remembered me and the details of my earlier visit. No pressure - he was there to answer every and any question. Josh was informative, pressure free and engaging. I knew I had the right guy, BUT did I have the right car? While for the sanity of the salesman I do not recommend repeated visits, it served me well. I bought an A5 without any buyers remorse or fear that i should have purchased another brand car. It was a decision that I came to and yes my dealer came to be a partner in the process which goes against the norm. The actual buying process was simple. No pressure. No slipping a piece of paper back and forth. No, "I'm on your side, let me see what I can get them to do". Audi Burlington did not patronize me and stayed professional throughout the process. The manager, Adman, was a real gem. A go to no BS kind of a guy. They "done good" by me. More
Amazing customer service provided by Dave. He was very accommodating and took care of small issue I had on a previous visit by going above and beyond my expectations. accommodating and took care of small issue I had on a previous visit by going above and beyond my expectations. More
Best dealer experience yet. Josh was an absolute pleasure to deal with - found the exact vehicle I wanted, arranged the test drive, never once felt "sales-ish" in any way, shape or form, yet clearly pleasure to deal with - found the exact vehicle I wanted, arranged the test drive, never once felt "sales-ish" in any way, shape or form, yet clearly knew the brand intimately and was able to answer all my questions. He made me feel 100% confident in my purchase. He went above and beyond in more ways than I can count - put up with me camping out at his desk for the better part of two days, even arranged a valet to help me get my second trade in vehicle to the dealer. Upon delivery, he patiently reviewed the multitude of vehicle features, set up & activated my audi connect, even paired my phone for me. Ultimately, he made himself accessible for any follow up questions I might have, and even called to check in on me the following week. All this with a friendly smile and pleasant, enjoyable demeanor. No exaggeration - it simply doesn't get better than this! More
My experience atBurlington Audi has been excellent. Jon Miranda has been very prompt in meeting my requests and professional.
