I regularly service my Audi A8 and S4 Cabriolet with Audi Burlington and they are really the best. Jim Parolisi is the most focused service advisor I have ever come across. he listens to my concerns, takes Burlington and they are really the best. Jim Parolisi is the most focused service advisor I have ever come across. he listens to my concerns, takes notes and doesn't miss a beat. every service issue I have ever presented him has been resolved. I have compared parts and service pricing and Audi Burlington was the most aggressive, they have always had a car for me to drive during servicing & the technicians have always had the answers to all my technical questions. I have never heard NO or I CANT. I have interacted with the General Manager Adnan Sehovic and he is always kind and sincere and will never allow you to leave unsatisfied. Every promise he has ever made me has been fulfilled. These 2 Employees are the real reason I will continue to service with and recommend Audi Burlington to everyone. More

Jon was great in helping my wife pick out a q5. I purchased a new Audi a4 and couldn't be happier. Jay Levy made the experience very easy. My last few purchases for my wife have not gone great as the salesmen usually talk to me and not to her, and Jay Levy made the experience very easy. Jay asked some questions when we sat down and took the time right from the get go to find out the car was for her and concentrated on what she had to say. Usually I don't do reviews but she told me to make sure to do one in this case. A+ guys and gals and we will be back in the future to buy more as well. Keep up the good work. More
This is my first time at an Audi dealership (and buying an Audi) and I was very pleased with the polite, professional and knowledgeable staff, in particular, Michael W. He talked us through the Audi & Her an Audi) and I was very pleased with the polite, professional and knowledgeable staff, in particular, Michael W. He talked us through the Audi & Herb Chambers philosophy, detailed the specs of the vehicles we were interested in without trying to push us toward the more expensive option and took us out on test drives of the 2 cars we were interested in twice (the first day traffic was bad so we couldn't fully test drive). Before taking the car Michael spent about 45minutes showing me the features and how to operate the controls, navigation system, audio etc. They gave me a reasonable trade in value for my car, but there is very little flexibility in price negotiation for the new car itself as they say they have made the price easy and convenient (ie forget the haggling) I would recommend this dealership and I hope the experience is as efficient and receptive if and when there is some issue which needs addressing in the future. More
This dealership seems really well run. Tom helps coordinate their events, and always keeps me in the loop when they have cool car shows and product unveilings. Audi Burlington was my first stop in searching for a new car, and surprisingly my last. Jason's low pressure approach was refreshing and he really listened to what I was looking for in a new car. I honestly would have been happy with a new 3 series also and was planning on driving that after the Audi but after going over the A4 and driving the car I was hoping I could make this one work within my budget. Luckily for me they looked up my employer and saw that we had a partnership with Audi that entitled me to a great deal with no hassle or back and forth. I still have trouble believing that I got everything I wanted at the first place I went to, great service, helpful salespeople, excellent product, fair price. More
I purchased a used Infiniti G35 from Audi of Burlington and it was a very good experience. The car had a few problems after I picked it up that had nothing to do with the vehicle and they gladly took care and it was a very good experience. The car had a few problems after I picked it up that had nothing to do with the vehicle and they gladly took care of the issues for me. Jay L was responsive whenever I called and seemed concerned that service handled my concerns quickly and correctly. It just goes to show that not blowing people off after you sell them a car goes a long way, as I would gladly buy from Jay and Audi or any herb chambers dealer again. I know things happen with cars I think the important thing is how they are handled and this dealership did a great job with the few small things that happened with the Infiniti. More
