This is the second time I have worked with Caitlin Meuse during my Audi purchase and both times have been nothing short of exceptional. Her attention to detail, friendliness and customer service are quite during my Audi purchase and both times have been nothing short of exceptional. I went for service for a noise that was there since sometime. Audi had already replaced parts under warranty to solve the problem with no success. This time they told me they would do what it takes to sometime. Audi had already replaced parts under warranty to solve the problem with no success. This time they told me they would do what it takes to find and fix it. The issue was basically invisible and they had to compare my car with another one to find the issue in the roof box (it is a cabrio). That has been tuned, and the service team has been driving in my car to make sure it was fixed, and they succeeded to fix it. What I love is that you get a nice loaner, a smile, everything is on time, and regular updates by phone. I wish all service teams would be the same. Congratulations More

I couldn't get the loaner car back until the next morning and that was fine. Cindy called me to say the car was done and enjoy the day. The next morning I dropped off the loaner and picked up my Q5. I was shopping for a CPO Audi S4 with low miles and a couple specific options. There were none available in Colorado, where I live, so I started searching nationwide. I found a 2013 S4 with only 6k miles for sale from Burlington Audi, and the price was very fair. I was a little bit worried about buying a car that I hadn’t seen or even driven yet, since I couldn’t find any 2013 S4’s in my area. I spoke with Jon Miranda on the phone and he made me feel very comfortable about purchasing the vehicle and even went out on the lot to inspect it himself, sending a photo of the one minor imperfection that he could see on the car. I decided to move forward, but I was working on a very tight timeframe because I was having the vehicle shipped from MA to CO and I needed it to arrive within 10 days. Jon recommended a shipping company and helped get everything coordinated to ensure that the car arrived on time. The whole sales/shipping process could have been very stressful, but Jon made it as easy and pleasant as it could possibly be by actively staying in touch with both me and the shipping company, even on his day off. I was slightly hesitant to buy a car that had been used as a dealer loaner because people don’t take the same care with those cars as they do with their own. However, I have to say that the car is pristine and it was a great compromise to save a good amount of money off the new vehicle purchase price. The one very minor flaw that Jon pointed out (a very light scuff mark on the inside bottom of the driver door) was really the only sign that the car wasn’t brand new. I would highly recommend this option to anyone looking at a new car. After the sale, Jon’s service has been great. I was really impressed that he called me a few days after I received the car to make sure that I liked it, and he even offered to walk me through any of the technology features on the car that I hadn’t figured out yet. It’s such a nice surprise when a salesperson maintains the same courtesy after the deal is done. I would certainly recommend Jon and Burlington Audi to anyone looking for a new or used car, wherever they are located! More

My new A7 is fantastic and I would like to thank Jay and everyone else at Burlington Audi for helping. I couldn't believe how great Jay and the whole staff were. I walked into Audi Burlington on a whim at 2:00pm on a Sunday afternoon after horrible on-going service (or lack thereof) at another regional dealership. Jon Miranda was sitting at the reception desk off to the left as a I walked in by myself, and he immediately asked how he could help. I explained that I had been considering an Audi A4 for a long while and just sought to learn more about them. He immediately welcomed me over to his desk, asked me a series of questions about my needs and what was important to ME, and then provided information about the vehicle and its options, as well as information about leasing vs. buying after learning I love new vehicles and I drive so little. I wasn't planning to purchase anything at all that day. However, because of how focused he was on finding what was right for me, how many different cars he showed me, how much he talked with me about the process, my needs, and my worries, and how hard he worked with Nick and others in finance to earn my business that day, I ended up leaving with a deposit on a vehicle that I would pick up two days later. Jon made this process so easy for me - there was really nothing I needed to do other than show up Tuesday to take delivery. He registered the vehicle, returned my old plates, and even texted me pictures of my new Audi getting its first bath. :) (PS - I can't say enough great things about Nick and Dennis in finance, either - they were great.) Overall, could not be more impressed with my experience at Audi Burlington. As a 30 year old female purchasing this vehicle on my own, there was every opportunity for them to dismiss my business / questions as another dealership had. Instead, I walked out with a fantastic deal on a beautiful 2014 Audi and a salesman / dealership for life. Thank you, Jon & Audi Burlington! More
