My service adviser put me in touch with Josh Morrison, who introduced me to Michael Gibbs. Michael answered all of my question, no pressure, just the facts. In the end I leased a 2014 A5 Cab, my 9th. Excellent Experience I was initially shopping for a used Audi with Jason and was ready to purchase when Nick and Jason explained leasing to me, as I had never done so befo I was initially shopping for a used Audi with Jason and was ready to purchase when Nick and Jason explained leasing to me, as I had never done so before. I had been convinced I was unable to afford a new Audi, however, after sitting down with Nick and going over numbers it was actually very easy. Jason made the entire shopping experience very comfortable, there was zero pressure and he made himself available to me pretty much anytime I needed him, for any questions that I had, which was great, as my decision making process took some time, and I had a lot of questions going into an Audi. Jason is very knowledgeable about the brand and made the pick up of my car very easy as well. He patiently went through all the details that I needed to know, setting it up, upon pick up. He even saved the day with my bluetooth for my audio, which I could not live with out...I will recommend Audi Burlington along with Jason Piazza and Nicholas Dota any day. He found a pre-owned car that was absolutely as good as new, with an even better trim level than we were looking for. He ran the numbers and pros and cons for both the new and preowned option. Turns out he was completely right - the preowned was the car for us. We got more car for less money. He really took the time to learn about what we wanted and he respected our budget. There was no pressure. He was friendly, professional, very educated about the product, and a joy to work with. I would recommend Michael Gibbs and Audi Burlington without reservation.
