After much shopping around for an S4 I was impressed with the professionalism and lets face it good price I got from Audi Burlington. The sales rep. I dealt with was Adam Majors, I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and a gentleman. I feel Adam helped me to understand the vehicle and it's features and at no time did I he try to pressure me into purchasing from herb Chambers. What he did do is present the best possible car and deal for me. I also met with his sales manager Nick Dota who also presented an offer in a professional manner. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen of Herb Chambers Audi to transact with, the amazing thing is in the process i never felt pressured, just decent deals presented to me, it's rare to find at any dealership. The "proof in the pudding" as they say for fine service was discovered this morning meeting with Octavio in detailing, Octavio did such a great job in taking care my car that I felt that I was part of the Herb Chambers family as they say. I went in thinking I would lease as my lease was ending on my 2011 Lexus. Bruno Lopes (he ROCKS), suggested I look at the pre-owned possibility. I have leased two Audi's prior to my Lexus and know Audi is without question the car for me. Bruno explained the process and benefits of purchasing and I was amazed at the price, warranty and service that I would receive. As luck would have it, the car I was thinking of leasing was available in their pre-owned inventory, with upgrades that I wasn't thinking of, YAY! Bottom line, I walked out knowing I got a great deal and would be taken care of and treated as a member of the Audi family. When I went through the financing process, Tengah Dai (he also Rocks), searched through various banks to get me the lowest finance rate. I was extremely pleased with the numbers Tengah crunched for me and my payments are significantly lower than I anticipated. I took it to Herb Chambers Burlington Audi, where I had purchased this vehicle, and where I had purchased or leased five previous Audis. My service technician, Jim Parolisi, went miles above and beyond the call of duty. He was in touch with the manufacturing arm of Audi, and was able to fashion a very palatable solution to my problem. I am indebted to Jim for his efforts, and for the time he spent with me helping to resolve the problem. I have been strictly an Audi owner for the past 20 years or so, and see no reason to change my habits. More

Unfortunately, the salesperson we dealt with in the past had retired so I was a little nervous going with someone new. Boy did I luck out. Caitlin was absolutely fabulous! She knows her product very well and simply can’t be beat when it comes to customer service. She walked me through the whole process of ordering an RS5 to my exact specifications and kept me informed of the status of my car as it made its way to the dealership. Once it came in, she spent over two hours showing me how every last item on the car worked and answered all my crazy questions. Even three weeks after picking up my car, she is still attentive, making sure I’m happy with the car and that any additional questions get answered. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a staff that truly seems to get it. I had never used Burlington Audi, but had already been an Audi customer and was looking for an upgrade to my fourth Audi. My TTS was fantastic, but I was ready to make the move to the exceptional RS 5. My sales consultant, Tom, couldn't have been more helpful in explaining everything from the features to the production processes that go into making Audis’ the industry standard in quality workmanship. I found the low-key, customer focused approach to making a deal extremely appealing and in keeping with my ideal way to purchase a car. I had the pleasure to meet and speak with the general manager, Adnan, and am convinced that the culture there starts at the top and filters down. Everyone I met; from the general sales manager, Nick; to Jimmy in business, and Jeff in service, all seemed to be on the same page with respect to customer focus; and a motivation based in a belief in the products they sell. All at Herb Chambers Burlington Audi genuinely appear to enjoy their work and serving their customers.
